Day to Day Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Substations and other Electrical Installation of office, Residential Buildings,Barrack Buildings, Highmast etc under substations No. 1 and 2 at Latbagan Police Complex, for FY 2026-2027. (1st Call)

Electrical (maintenance works) Note:All the item of SOR of PWD Electrical works w.e.f 1.11.2017 including up to date addenda , corrigenda and the approved non schedule item of works (including 18% GST & 1% labour cess) ( The work shall continue of the entire contract period as per the requirement & as directed by the Engineer in charge .The payment of the executed work shall be made on the basis of - (A) PWD schedule of rates (B) As per the ANNEXURE - 2023/2 for non-schedule items (C) List of rates proposed by PWD (Sub Committee) on 27/02/2026 for different electrical works.

Day to day maintenance of electrical works Electrical Maintenance of 11 KV Substation No. 1&2 consisting of 2 X 750KVA Transformer, HT Switch Gear, LT Panel Board, Over Head Lines, UG Cables & all electrical installation of Office building, Residential Building, High Masts,& Gandhi Ghat etc. Under Substation No. 1&2 of Latbagan, Barrackpore.The Agency should have National Supervisory certificate ( 1 to 12) & will have to depute 4 (Four) nos. skilled Electrician for round the clock operation, for EI Works and who will have posses the valid works man permit / licene from the Director of Electricity, West Bengal, accordingly in respect of their designation. All staff should be provided with self explanatory photo identity cards issued by the concerned agency. Electrician (Skilled) { 3 Shifts x 274 Day x 1 Man Power}= 822 Man days Shift Duration:- Morning Shift : (06:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.) Day Shift : (02:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) Night Shift : ( 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m.) (Tools like Megger,Tong tester and tackles should be provided by the agency).
