CERTAIN MISC REPAIR TO B/R ITEMS AT VARIOUS SCATTERED MD/OTM ACCOMMODATIONS UNDER AGE B/R-II GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) exc.1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4.0 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) n.exc.1.5 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc.1.0 sqm. but n.exc. 2.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking down shutters for easy closing / opening, end tightening of butt hinges in position, adjustement of butt hinges in position, adjustement of existing iron mongry, size of shutter n. exc 1 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm carefully from the frame and refixing in the same opening after necessary repair including easing, welding or any required item such as stay handle etc. and making good the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/adjusting aluminium door for holding in position to shutters in frame including replacing of old damaged adjusting bolts, cleats, rubber gas- kits, screws and aluminium sections less than 1kg for each shutters and making proper functionable to aluminium doors/windows complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube as per specification and drawing given on MES schedule Part-II (2020) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made PVC door shutters 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width Stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing given on MES schedule Part-II (2020) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9.00 above but wire gauzed shutter, the wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly and -ditto-.
