REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN ZONE C AREA UNDER AGE BR (N) NO I OF GE (N) SECUNDERABAD

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheet roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC water tank ,chajja of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided rainforced (reinforcement of cut as required to facilasite demolition etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality A and complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality “A" complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel works as in Wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted hot dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS:15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150, 0.50mm thick of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.
