Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring any type including batten/casing caping for light/ fan/bell/socket or power and including unscrewing from board, fitting and fixure such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade of size 20mm with all accessories on wall/floor/ceiling(on Surface) etc with 16G MS pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- (i) One light point controlled by one switch

Supply and fix in replacement LED (T-8) tube light fittings 1 x 20 watts, 230 volts with 20 watts LED tube lamp with batten complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twisted flexible cable of 0.75 sq mm 3 core copper conductor from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Surya, Batten Cat Part No.SUB 118 T8 LED and lamp Cat Part: SLE TL DS 20 PC REFORM or equivalent make as in the list of makes.

Supply and fix in replacemen LED (T-8) tube light fittings 2 x 20 watts, 230 volts with 20 watts LED tube lamp with batten complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twisted flexible cable of 0.75 sq mm 3 core copper conductor from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Surya, Batten Cat Part No.SUB 218 T8 LED and lamp Cat Part: SLE TL DS 20 PC REFORM or equivalent make as in the list of makes.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure DB TPN 415 volts 4 way double door type with 200 amps rated bus bar for fixing MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure DB SPN 240 volts 8 way double door type with 200 amps rated bus bar for fixing MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB 4 pole 415 volts 63 Amps, 10 kA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed Make- Havells, Cat Part- DHMGCFPF063.

M/L for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable of size 2 x 4 sq mm unsheathed drawn in and including PVC caping casing including accessories in surface to wall/floor/ceiling etc and 1 x 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as continous earth continuity conductor drawn in complete all as directed and specified.

Taking down existing unserviceable LT cable any size and any position complete all as specified.

Material and labour for fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as directed.

Material and labour for fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit, funnel, 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of Flame proof weather proof fluorescent fixture as CIMFR certified IP65 2x 20 watts x 4 feet long complete all as specified and direted by Engr-in-charge including taking down old UNSV. Make Crompton, Cat Part -EXTN2LT8-16/20 or equivalent as in the list of makes.

Supply and fixing Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, double pole 250V complete all as specified and as directed.
