Cleaning and preparing surface and providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface /granular surface cleaned with Mechanically brooms as per Technical Specifications (Clause 503). Item to include all materials, labour machinery equipments and incidentals work required to complete the job within all leads and lifts .Measurement shall be made for the actual surface area of applications.

Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty milimetre) dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.25% (percent ) by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects .Item to include all materials , labour machinery/equipments and incidentals work required to complete the job within all leads and lifts.Measurement shall made for finised Volume of bituminous macadam. Item to include profile correction layer and patching of pot holes including all leads and lifts .Nothing extra shall be paid for higher bitumen contents as per job mix formulas .

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetre) bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.5% ( percent )of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause .509 complete. Item to include all materials , labour,machinery/equipments and incidentals charges required to complete the job. Measurement shall be made for finished/compacted volume of bituminious concrete .Item to include profile correction layer and patching of pot holes including all leads and lifts .Nothing extra shall be paid for higher bitumen contents if required as per job mix formulas .
