OUTSOURCING OF CONSERVANCY AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR MES BUILDINGS AND INSTALLATIONS AT AOR OF GE JORHAT

Outsourcing of conservancy service for MES Building and installations by providing 01 (One) Safaiwala (Un-skilled category of worker) on the working days and during the office time to complete the assignments as per the orders given daily by the in charge comprising following works: - (i) The works shall not be carried out on Sundays, closed holidays and non-functional days as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge and shall not be paid for these days. The working time shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The Safaiwalas shall be physically sound to perform his duties. (iii) The contractor shall provide device, tools, safety equipments, uniforms, identity cards, attendance register etc. (iv) Water and chemical required for disinfection will be issued by the department without any cost. (v) The Safaiwala shall be minimum eighteen years of age at the time of appointment. (vi) The contractor shall provide all facilities to the Safaiwalas to facilitate them in conveyance/ safety. (vii) The contractor shall provide proper dress/uniform with name plate to the Safaiwalas. (viii) The contractor shall pay to his workmen in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment.

Outsourcing of services by employing 03 (Three) numbers data entry operator (Semi-skilled category of worker) for GE Jorhat on the working days and during the office time to complete the assignments as per the orders given daily by the in charge comprising following works: - (a) All works similar to the clerical jobs. (b) Monitoring, recording and updating of routine correspondences on the files/ the registers/ the hard disks of computer etc. (c) All types of typing and printing and connected works on computer and connected software/ hardware. (d) Photocoying/ faxing/ emailing/ enquiring of/ about any document on computers, any hardware and the files/ the registers and with any person. (e) and similar works as mentioned above. Note: - (i) The data entry operator shall have minimum qualification of 10th pass from the Government recognised institutions. (ii) The data entry operator shall have at least one year of experience in the similar jobs. (iii) The data entry operator shall have minimum eleven months computer course on Microsoft operating system and Microsoft office. (iv) The data entry operator shall be minimum eighteen years of age at the time of appointment. (v) The contractor shall provide all facilities to the workmen to facilitate them in conveyance/ safety. (vi) The contractor shall pay to his workmen in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment.

Outsourcing of services by employing 01 (One) numbers File Updater (Semi-skilled category of worker) for GE Jorhat on the working days and during the office time to complete the assignments as per the orders given daily by the in charge comprising following works: - (a) All works similar to the clerical jobs. (b) Opening new file(s) by allotting file number with the approval of office in charge etc. (c) Numbering incoming and outgoing letters in file(s). (d) Interrelating incoming and outgoing letters in file(s) by marking back and forward references. (e) Maintaining docket/index sheets of file(s) giving brief heading of letters, issuing authority, date of issue etc. (g) Maintenance of record for reminder to be issued in case feedback sought through various letters not received within the stipulated timelines. (h) Any other similar/correlated nature duties assigned by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time. Note: - (i) The File Updater shall have minimum qualification of 10th pass from the Government recognised institutions. (ii) The File Updater shall have at least one year of experience in the similar jobs. (iii) The File Updater shall have minimum eleven months computer course on Microsoft operating system and Microsoft office. (iv) The File Updater shall be minimum eighteen years of age at the time of appointment. (v) The contractor shall provide all facilities to the workmen to facilitate them in conveyance/ safety. (vi) The contractor shall pay to his workmen in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment.

Outsourcing of services by employing 01 (One) numbers photocopy machine operator (Semi-skilled category of worker) for GE Jorhat on the working days and during the office time to complete the assignments as per the orders given daily by the in charge comprising following works: - (a) Photocopying of various office documents and multiple copies of letters. (b) Routine user's and maintenance of the photocopier machine (s). (c) Any other similar/correlated nature duties assigned by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time. Note: - (i) The photocopy machine operator shall have minimum qualification of 10th pass from the Government recognised institutions. (ii) The photocopy machine operator shall have at least one year of experience in the similar jobs. (iii) The photocopy machine operator shall have minimum eleven months computer course on Microsoft operating system and Microsoft office. (iv) The photocopy machine operator shall be minimum eighteen years of age at the time of appointment. (v) The contractor shall provide all facilities to the workmen to facilitate them in conveyance/ safety. (vi) The contractor shall pay to his workmen in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment.

Notes for Srl Item No. 1 to 4 (a) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender and other statutory requirement such as EPF etc including GST as in force on the end date of bid submission. (b) Tenderer's are required to quote their rates upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (c) Contractor will also provide protective mask and sanitizer to each operator and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (d) Obtaining security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him. (e) The manpower shall not be deployed on Sunday and holiday and no payment shall be made for those days. (f) If the employee found remain absent without prior intimation/permission of the department and alternete arrangement is not made by the contractor to provide suitable reliever the recovery at the double the market rates of daily wages shall be recovered from the contractor.
