M&L for dressing of ground by cutting / removing vegetation, scrapping, clearing of all grass, shrubs, bushes, weeds, trees and saplings not exceeding 30cm in girth (measured at a height of 1m above the ground level) on either side of runway, taxi track, aprons and other places in techincal area by deploying jungle jims (06 feet) with tractors, operators including fuel, lubricant, etc. complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) 01No. jungle jim, 01No. tractor, with operators shall be measured as one unit (ii) Cut grass/bushes/vegetation, etc. shall be removed outside technical area and or as directed, cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid to Contractor on any account. (iii) Minimum 02 units of jungle jim tractor with operators shall be deployed at site. The requirement may vary as per quantum of work required

M&L for preparation of damaged/broken concrete pavement slab surface and applying runway crack sealing tape self adhesive cold applied polymer modified High Tack Bituminous Instant Runway /Tarmac crack sealing tape of 50mm width 2KPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer complete all as specified as per manufacturer instructions and complete all as specified and directed. Make: Srijan systems Pvt Ltd or equivalant make and specification as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of damaged/broken concrete pavement slab surface and applying runway crack sealing tape self adhesive cold applied polymer modified High Tack Bituminous Instant Runway /Tarmac crack sealing tape of 100mm width 2KPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed Make: Srijan systems Pvt Ltd or equivalant make and specification as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of damaged/broken concrete/ asphalt runway, taxiway surface and applying Run Patch self adhesive cold applied polymer modified high tack bituminous spread sheet of 1mtr x 10mtr rolls having bond strength of 4MPa impermeable and low temperature spread of 5.8mm for instant repair and sealing of pot holes / cracks on runway taxiway for both asphalt and concrete surface special strengthener included with the material and forming a high strength water proof layer complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Srijan systems Pvt Ltd or equivalant as make and specification as approved by GE.

M&L for opening the cracks on runway/taxi way by thoroughly clean out the crack and remove any loose debris using compressed air or other approved means to a minimum 10 to 20mm width and upto full depth of the crack not exceeding 100mm thick or to a depth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and filling the cracks with elastomeric bituminous rope RUNPHALT or equivalent make as approved, and apply direct torch flames about 20 to 30 seconds, till it liquefies. The treated crack shall be covered with runway crack sealing tape, all as per the manufacturers instruction including removing all debris and other waste etc and leaving the premises neat and clean, complete all as specified and directed. Notes for BOQ srl Item No. 4.00 to 7.00:- (i) Joints dismantled, cleaned and filled as above shall bear a performance guarantee of minimum 10 years from the date of completion. The contractor has to submit the said guarantee in Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper to the Accepting Officer (ii) An amount @ 5% of the cost of joint filling shall be retained from the final bill till completion of above guarantee period. The contractor may submit FDR of equal amount in favour of the Aceepting Officer for the purpose. (iii) Filling work shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified (iv) All rubbish / retrieved materials shall be disposed off to a distance exceeding 100 m but not exceeding 500 m including necessary cartage etc as required

M&L for preparation of newly untreated or old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth with wire brushes etc, and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with two coat of water thinnable/matt finished road marking paint white/orange/ yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE using mechanical pavement marking machine line lazer IV 3900 and 5900 of M/s Graco or equivalent as approved complete all as specified and as directed Make: Apcotrak manufactured by Asian paints or equivalent make and specification as approved by the GE
