Supply & fix TETRIS 9W LED bollard in rectangular shaped victorian design with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection 9W LED WW 3000K along with wiring accessories including foundation with enamel white paint complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC Junction box of size 230x170x105mm with 2 x Aluminium busbar and one MCB SP 6 Amps for controlling street/ security lights water tight including taking down existing UNSV PVC junction boxes carefully of any capacity any type and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for 01 to 10: Credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately

Servicing of various LT panels including the following complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Replacement of wornout nuts, bolt & washers of suitable size. (b) Replacement of UNSV thimbles of suitable size. (c) Replacement of UNSV missing cable glands of suitable size. (d) Replacement wornut/ UNSV panel door locks/ locking system. (e) Replacement of exsiting worn out base sheet of panels by welding.

Taking down exsiting LT panels of any type and size and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use or for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate for LT panels including necessary formwork if any and demolition of exisiting PCC support complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of LT Panels on new PCC platfrom obtained as per item no 12 here in before and making all electrical connections as per exsiting with new thimbles, cable glands etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, design, erection and commissioning of LT panel board outdoor type platform mounted fabricated through CPRI approved factory manufacturers, suitable for 415Volts, 50Hz 3 phase 4 wire system and internal connections with aluminium strips of suitable size, dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of self supported 3.00mm thick CRCA (Cold Rolled Cold Annealed) MS sheet of suitable length, width and height as per IE rule to accomodate all the items and conforming to IS-8623 and built upon 40 x 40 x 6mm size angle frame work and lugs fixed on existing cable trenches having front and rear hinged doors with neoprene rubber gasket, danger plate, GI earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size single plated and passivated nuts, bolts, spring washers including chemically treating the cabinet with MSR solution for anti-corrosive treatment and all members shall be and powder coated of shade RAL-7032 with 9 tank process and shall be with IP-65 grade protection and comprising of the following accessories.

Supply and laying well burnt old size sub class 'B' brick for laid dry. flat over the cable with width equal to legth of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over UG cable for cable protection in trenche complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing road/ hardstanding/ concrete blocks/ slabs/ brick work or stone masonry of any type by using crow bar chisel n.exc 45 cm width and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying GI pipe and making good all disturbed surfaces of road/ hardstanding/ concrete blocks/ slabs/ brick work or stone masonry upto the existing surface level by returning, filling, watering, ramming in layers 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate over 200mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and laying galvanised iron tubing, ISI marked, medium grade 80mm bore with all necessary fittings, cutting thread and laid in fixed for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road cutting with eletric cutter for passing of cable and re-filling the trench with necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate all as directed

Material and labour for painting of LT panel boards with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing paint after preperation of the surface with emery paper and making the feedres with white paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing materials and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 200x200x25mm thick machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.
