Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18cm thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required, including taking out old tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95Sqmm, 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part-2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130-84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc,including connecting & testing and disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, including earth work complete, near 2 pole structure / HT Panel board / transformer and taking out loop cable from trench and refilling the trench with excavated material all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, including earth work complete, near 2 pole structure / HT Panel board / transformer and taking out loop cable from trench and refilling the trench with excavated material all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, including earth work complete, near 2 pole structure / HT Panel board / transformer and taking out loop cable from trench and refilling the trench with excavated material all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, vertical mounting type with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 200 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing air break switch all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, including dismantling existing pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Supply , fixing and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete all as specified & directed

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Renewal of stay assembly complete with all accessories such as stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, stay rod 20 mm dia and 215cm long threaded end with nuts including 14mm dia GI stay bow. turn buckle, etc. complete, all as shown in Electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part- I (2009) complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rate shall include the cost of loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, stay bow, turn buckle, nuts etc., demolition and removal of demolished concrete outside defence land complete.

Renewal of pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm dia and 150mm height for working pressure 11000 volts grade includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Renewal of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green disc, 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts grade, includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of indoor/outdoor type transformers body, HT/LT duct and HT Panel board at various substations for painting and applying one coat of spray paint with synthetic enamel paint without distributing/damaging the electrical network system /equipment all as specifed and directed.

Writing/marking of ratings/ incoming/ outgoing details/SM Nos in capital English alphabet in thick paint n. exc. 30 cm complete all as specifed and directed.

Cutting and removing existing wild grass, vegetation, creepers, small plants / bushes etc clamping up towards the poles and stays etc including cleaning bottom surface area of pole &stay not less than 1m x 1m by surface dressing of earth outside and inside substations, perimeter fencing around pump house area, and in drains surrounding area from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreding graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm size around two pole/ four pole structure in 15 cm thickness after cleaning area by removing existing wild grass,vegetation,creepers, small plants/bushes etc complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB 3 pole with Adjustable Microprocessor release ,63 Amps , 50 Hz 415 Volts, having rupturing capacity 16 KA, including taking down old MCCB all as specified and directed.

MCCB 3 pole with Adjustable Microprocessor release ,125 Amps , 50 Hz 415 Volts, having rupturing capacity 25 KA, including taking down old MCCB all as specified and directed.

MCCB 4 pole with Adjustable Microprocessor release ,160 Amps , 50 Hz 415 Volts, having rupturing capacity 36 KA, including taking down old MCCB all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down broken earth wire/strip of any size from roog/wall and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Air termination, horizontal type, Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm , including epoxy insulators bus bar type 40mm thick at an interval of 60cm apart for lightening protection on rof and down conductors, including necessary fixing arrangements with aluminium bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw, complete all as specified.

Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm, from earth pit to test point provided all arounf the building for lightening protection lain in trenches/fixed to wall on epoxy insulators with screws and connecting up , complete all as specified.

Disconnecting the HT & LT connections of existing Indoor/Outdoor/canopy type transformers of any capacity mounted on 2/4 pole structure/plinth substation and transport to factory from site/power house/AGE E/M Yard for repair and back to site/power house/AGE E/M Yard after necessary repair/replacement of defective parts including installation in the same location and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The quoted rate quoted for the item includes the following :- (i) Arrangement of manpower, tools and plants, crane and Recovery vehicle for transportation and shifting of transformer to work shop and back.(ii) Topping up of transformer oil, replacement of transformer oil as required basis under intimation to the department.(Transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately). (iii) Re-winding of defective winding of transformer, if required will be carried out under respective item. (iv) Winding material shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (v) Rewinding of transformer and replacement of defective parts will be carried out only after inspection and recommendation of BOO detailed by the GE. (Rewinding of Transformer will be paid separately). (vi) Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of disconnecting/ taking down/ transportation, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge at his own expenses

Rewinding of HV side of aluminium wire/strip of appropriate gauge and turns as per relevant IS, copper winding wire as per IS : 1180 and and using original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for aluminium wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable aluminium winding wire complete all as specified and as directed

Rewinding of LV side of aluminium wound transformer with super enameled winding wire as per relevant IS, aluminium winding wire as per IS : 1180 and using as per original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for aluminium wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable aluminium winding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of HV side of copper wound transformer with super enameled winding wire as per relevant IS, copper winding wire as per IS : 1180 and and using original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed

Rewinding of LV side of copper wound transformer with super enameled winding wire as per relevant IS, copper winding wire as per IS : 1180 and using as per original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note for items No 29 to 32:- The rate quoted is deeded to be included in the unit rate for varnishing,sleeving and insulating materials and the contractors shall not have any claim on this account at a later stage.

Taking out the UNSV breather assembly complete form indoor/ outdoor type transformer capacity upto 400KVA and supply & fixing the new breather assembly complete filled with fresh blue silica gel including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete al as specified and directed.

M& L for Purification, filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various indoor/outdoor sub station by ultra high vaavvun filtration machine with stream line filtration plant at a temp 60 to 70 deg. celsius and achieving minimum dieectric withstand strength of 60 KV for 1 minute in 2.5 mm gap setting (for used oil) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (i) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separatly. (iii) Contractor shall be ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydreration

Supplying and filling new mineral grade transformer oil EHV type confirming to IS-3357 to 1983 for filling and for topping up in transformer/Voltage stabilizer duly filtered with filer plant to obtain high dielectric not less 60KV (Gap 2.5mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge . Note:- Wastage of burnt oil shall be considered as 30% of total oil and 70% qty of total oil shall be considered in schedule of credit. Make:- POWER LINK, POWER OIL, SAVITA,ELECTRO

Carrying out calibration of HT VCB panel any make, after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel and VCB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of VCB isolating contacts, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section including incoming/ outgoing cable and necessary HT insulation at joints. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with HT taps wherever necessary, with and including replacement of wornout/ defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc, under the supervision of Authorised dealer/ representative and refixing the panel in its original position and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. Note: (i) The quoted Rate shall be deemed to include all minor spares etc.(ii) If any burnt out/ defective items like moving/ fixed contacts, tripping coils, earth fault relay etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.(iii) Spare parts required other than mentioned here-in-after shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) The calibration test certificate to be submitted after servicing & testing to Engr-incharge.

M& L for repair and servicing of 11 KV VCB including disassembly of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol & CRC-226, replacing of moving parts, reassembly, fine setting of mechanism, replacement of unserviceable parts and re-assembly of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints, bus bar, CTs’ PTs spouts, metal parts and making VCB perfect operation in ode including all routine and preventive maintenance all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i)Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'/BOQ. (ii)Cost of cleaning material like Urethane, Gasket remover, lubricant etc deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Prepration of old steel surface of HT poles, 11 metres high including PCC coping, removing old particles and apply two coats of synthetic paint on the surface of pole and two coat of cement base paint on surface of PCC coping, applying two coat of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket clamp etc and marking black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint, 30 cm wide, alternatively upto 1.5 metre above the copping of pole starting with black strip complete, all as specified and directed. Note. (i) The quoted rate shall include marking of numbers on each HT pole as per direction of Engrin- Charge. (ii) The quoted rate include the cost of repairing of coping in cement mortar 1:3 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

Taking down of HT RMU after disconnecting HT supply and reinstalled the same after repairing, servicing and testing of HT RMU and breakers, removing moisture and dust from HT bus bar and from inside of RMU panel of 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The Job shall be carried out through OEM only.(ii) Mesurement of (IR) resistance value tools, labour, petroleum jelly are included in this quoted rates. (iii) Parts will be replaced under relevent items.

Supply and fixing in replacement of pressure gauge of RMU including fixing in HT panels at 11 KV substations with connections complete as per diagram from OEM all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicator with electric wiring complete of RMU including fixing in HT panels at 11 KV substations with connections complete as per diagram from OEM all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shifting heavy items /excavating /cleaning areas /clearing site by providing crane/hydra/excavators as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for spraying chemical on area to remove unwanted vegitation/grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Labour and equipments required to spray chemical on required area are included in the quoted rates.(ii) Spray shall be repeated quarterly all as per directionof Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of HT feeder pillar box factory made cubical type dust and vermin proof, outdoor type, both side opening of size 110cm x 100cm x 60cm of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick powder coated, machine pressed front opening in two halves with rubber gasket/bedding, locking arrangement with sliding bolt including aluminium bus bar of size 50 x 10 mm and 80 cm long 3 strips mounted on HT insulators. Each strip should be mounted minimum two insulator and nut bolt, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame including heat shrinkable sleeve and legs made from angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm and legs 40 cm long duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete incoming/outgoing cable and earth work such as excavation and removal of surplus soil etc.

Supply and installation of auxillary/power supply system for protection of panel complete with maintenance free lead acid battries bank mounted on MS rack and connection complete in all respect with installed capacity 30 volts of 2/6 volts-100AH including 30V-25Amps booster and trickle charger as per specification and including DC DB for charger for charge complete with DC ammeter, voltmeter, switches for 11KV system, complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm size (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.
