REPAIR TO CHHAJJA PARAPET GROUTING PLASTER AND OTHER BR ITEMS IN POCKET 1 TO 4 OF AGE BR I UNDER GE ROORKEE

M & L for repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note:- Neccesary formwork and reinforcement will be supplied and fixed by the contractor and the cost of these are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account)

M & L for repairing existing RCC structure work by gunting to damaged edge bottom of beam , chajja, slab 40 to 60mm thick and part of RCC member in CM 1:3 & depositing material/ mortar with spray gun under a pressure of 20 to 30 N/CM2 including scaffolding and welding wire mess 2 mm dia and size of wiremesh 50mm X 50 mm including cutting welding and placeing position as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering on roof surface including flashing and junction of parapets etc finished even and smooth in cement mortar (1:4) including water proofing proofing compound 200 ML per cement bag(50 kg) after brushing cement slurry including taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 of brick work/ concrete surfaces (either surfaces) of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including all necessary scaffolding including taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work/ concrete surfaces of wall with water proofing admixture finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC will be measured and paid separatly) including all necessary scaffolding arrangments of any height including taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement to match with existing surface including all necessary scafffolding including taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and apply two coat of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer to walls by using roller complete surfaces on walls complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of New Plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash by using roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer on walls of any colour by using automatic airless spray complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint by using automatic airless spray machine having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall/ceiling of projection/chajja. , of approved make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee for 05 years by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacture shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) All the material to be incorporated on the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iii) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of primer and paint for each building. (iv) The colour/shade will be all as approved by GE. (v) The cost of scaffolding alongwith necessary arrangement wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. The work shall be executed at a height from ground floor up to 15m (max). (vi) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge before application of exterior paint. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (vii) The application of acrylic paint/ weather coat shall be with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 litre per minutes having pressure of 3300 PSI by allowing 6 to 8 hrs to dry the surface before painting of subsequent coat. However, where it is not possible to apply acrylic paint by using the spray machine the work will be carried out manually by using roller. (viii) 15% amount of this item will be retained in FB for a period of 05 years from the certified date of completion.
