Repairs to 400 Amp MCCB of lift irrigation scheme Zalkhai by way of disconnecting incoming & outgoing connection, then taking out MCCB from panel to Working area with the help of skilled labour, other tools & tackles b. Repairs to MCCB by way of opening front cover with the help of screw driver, then removing of accumulated carbon from contact points by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment c. The job also includes the charge of p/f of spreader terminal set of six. d. Then fitted back to its actual position after proper repairs & tested on full load.

Repairs to 100 KVA transformer bed of lift irrigation scheme Novla by way of lowering down transformer from damaged/rusted channel carefully with the help of chain pulley block, channels, other tools& tackles. The job then involves p/f of new G.I channel ISMC 100 (two no) with nuts/bolts and required MS clamps having total weight 55 kg. Then transformer is to be fitted back to its actual position & tested on full load. The job also includes the charge of p/f pin insulator three no for the completion of work.
