REPAIR/ MAINT TO TRAINING AND ACADEMIC BLOCK UNDER AGE B/R-I AT IMA DEHRADUN

S & F Pre- painted colour galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated tile profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as directed including dismantling existing sheet.

Refixing of Prepainted colour galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated tile profile or corrugated steel sheet or plain sheet of ridge/ valley gutter etc of any thickness and any colour as in roof covering, fixed with new self tapping screws etc including filling old holes with silicon and sealed with bituminious flash tap of STP/ Asian/ Sika or as approved including dismantling existing sheet, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work shall be executed upto triple storied building.

S & F plain gypsum board false ceiling made out of 12.5mm thick paper reinforced gypsum board sheets fixed with main frame channel 80mmx 26mm x 0.5mm thick at every 450mm center to center, intermediate channel of size (15mm x 45mm x 0.9mm) at every 1220mm center to center with perimeter channel 20mm x 26mm x0.5mm all along the wall shall be provided. The frame work to be suspended with strap hangers 25mm x 0.5mm from intermediate channels using GI cleat & steel expansion fastnor at slab soffit. Arrangements are to be made to accommodate light fixtures by forming recessed channel, cutting etc wherever directed. Depression, nails & screws, jointing & finishing shall be done with jointing compound including applying two coats of oil emulsion paint over a coat of primer and one coat of putty.Note :- The rates are inclusive of scaffolding upto 7.5m height.

S&F, 4mm thick E-board false ceiling (Classic) in ceiling on existing frame work/grid including straightening of existing frame work. Arrangements are to be made to accommodate light fixtures by forming recessed channel, cutting etc wherever directed. Depression, nails & screws, jointing & finishing shall be done with jointing compound . Note :- The rates are inclusive of scaffolding upto 15 m height.

S&F, Stainless steel sheet 1.00 mm thick, gde 304, in required width or girth, bent to shape for protection of membrane, fixed in staggered counter holes with SS screws and rubber/ bitumen and steel double washers all as per directions of Engr-in Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for wall hung Vitrous china wash down water closet (EWC) with seat cover and twin flush fittings colour snow white inc all accessories such as flushing cistern,P-S type,pvc connection as selected by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down damaged boards/plywood with frame of cupboards,bath cabinets,wall paneling etc including fillets etc of any description,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drg complete all as specified and directed
