Providing services for operation of central AC plant 50 TR capacity 02 Nos in each building (for Bldg No 1,2,3,4 & 5) chiller unit each not less than 50 TR one units to work at a time one unit relief cum standby in MSL storage and preparation shed inside depot. 01 No Skilled operator in three shift per day to round the clock including sunday & Holiday. Maintain the desired temperature and humidity inside the Air Conditioned building including operation and smooth running of complete AHU in each shed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Note for item No 1 : (a) Maintaining compressor unit condensers water pumps, blower, gauges controls , control panel electric wiring etc by checking/detecting any abronormal noise, leakge and all parameter for smoth functioning of the equipments (b) Cleaning of complete A/C plant machinery , electrical equipment and surrounding area inside and outside daily. (c) To carry out Minor repair of all refrigerant control system to achieve desired inside temperature and pressure of water and refrigerant gas. (d) Maintaining and operation of electric contorl panel. (e) Attending all kind of faults and minor repairs except supply of spare parts and materials. (f) Maintaing records for temprature, pressure and humidity etc all as directed. (g) Security of installation round the clock.

Providing services for operation of Electric sub station for 7AC Sheds (11/0.433 KV) and 02 Nos DG set 1010 KVA at FAD area inside depot under contineously round the clock 01 No Skilled operator in three shifts including sunday & Holiday including security of plants/eqpts providing services, including , maintaining daily log sheet, general cleanliness of the installation and the surrounding complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge. Outsourcing of operation for sub station includes the following:- (a) Transformer , 11/0.433 KV, 1500 KVA, indoor type and connected On load tap changer with control panel and LT Panels- 1 Set. (b) HT VCB, 11 KV indoor type and associated equipments - 1 Set. (c) AMF panel for 2 X 1010 KVA DG set - 1 Set.. (d) LT Capacitor bank with APFC control panel - 1 Set. (e) DG set, silent type with ecoustic enclousure 1010 KVA and connected panel - 2 Set

Providing services for operation of fire fighting system and fresh water distribution pump house at FAD inside depot area at Banar for the building of 7AC sheds complex 01 No Skilled operator in three shift per day to maintain the desired pressure in the pipe line and efficient performance of installation mainly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.(a) Horizontal split casing centrifugel pumping set of 100 HP- 1 No,DD Pump set of 100 HP-1 No. for fire fighting purpose suitable for opration on 415 volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase, AC floor mounted type with electric panel and sluice valve etc complete from water storage tank to fire hydrants pipe line . (b ) Jockey centrifugel pump 25 HP with electric motor suitable for opertaion on 415 volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase, AC supply floor mounted type with electric panel, sluice valve etc pipe line complete from water storage tank to fire hydrants to maintain the pressure as required . (c ) Automatic pressurising pump 5 HP suitable for opertaion on 415 volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase, AC supply floor mounted type with electric panel, sluice valve etc pipe line complete from water storage tank to Building/sheds to maintain the level as required . (d) Carrying out minor repairs such as fixing of gland packing, greasing of bearings, repair to minor leakages etc all as directed.
