Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc. all as directed and specified. Note:(i) Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.74.1 of SSR part I for cable/pipe laying portion. (ii) Serviceable bricks obtained during excavation shall be stacked separately carefully without any extra cost for reuse.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.0 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc. complete all as directed and specified.

M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precastconcrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precastconcrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmx l50mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply and laying GI water tubing of 100 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads/in drains, fixed to poles/walls with suitable size flat iron/GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc. for cable protection, complete all as directed

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete all as speicified and directed

Supply and errtect HT steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11metres long) complete all as speicified and directed

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed

M&L ACSR conductor of weasel size complete all as specified and directed

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth lead connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete all as specified and directed . Note : On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

All as per item 15 above but using GI wire 4mm dia as earth lead for earthing lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning of copper wound transformer step up/ step down, indoor/ outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:2026 of capacity upto 250 KVA, The transformer shall be provided with the following: (a) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing. (b) Oil level gauge indicating oil level minimum and maximum. (c) Lifting lugs. (d) Rating and terminal marking plates. (e) Plain breathing device which would not permit ingress of rain water and insects. (f) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug, (g) Thermometer pocket (for transformers of rating above 25 KVA). (h) Oil filling hole (1-1/4" Nominal size thread) with cover (for transformers without conservator).

Supply and fix lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix Onload change over switch rated 415V factory manufactured in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps.complete all as specified and directed

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps,non extensible outdoor fixed type IP 54, RMU(Ring main unit) comprising of 3 Nos 630 Amps, motorised fixed type vacuum circuit breaker inside robotically welded staainless steel 304 (non ferrite, non magnetic gradedc) tank having min thickness 3+/- 0.5mmwith IP 67 degree of protection and enhanced BILof 125kVp internally to manage voltage surge and air insulated metering module of class IRMU should be provided with internal bus bar as well as earthing bus bar of electrilytic grade copperpadlock provision and complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arctest of 21 kA/3 sec as per IEC62271-200, RMU shall have onsite repairable feature and gas refilling on site The earthing bus bar shall be provided inside each cable compartmentfor solid earthing of cable shield, The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable door for providing fail-safe protection.
