LIS Silh repair work

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock, by chiselling where the blasting work is water with in all heights stacking the excavated soil with in all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundations consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect. (Pick Jumper work).

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50 Metres depth and disposal of unserviceable material within 20 metres lead. Unreinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in :- Vertical Wall .

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in :- Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girder, bressumers and cantilever up to floor level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation and plinth.

Stone Filling under floor.

Dismantling of Plaster work in wall laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of Plaster 15mm.

15mm cement plaster in single coat of rough sides of bricks/concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamber and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) / 1:9 in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials.
