Providing, Fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning and carriage/shifting of LT automatic control panel of 415 volts, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz for one incoming and two outgoing power cable for operating of HCP set 10000GPH X 290 MH X 100 HP at Filtration Plant Kalakote Town. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG CR Sheet supported on M.S. angle job suitable size and provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given a coat of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey paint. The panel should have equipped with following components / features:

1) M.C.C.B. The panel should be fitted with an M.C.C.B. of suitable capacity (400 Amp), 1 no. volt meter, 1 no ammeter along with a set of CTs, 1 No. V.S.S., 1 No. A.S.S. and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side.

2) Star delta Starter The panel should be fitted with two fully automatic star delta starter. Each starter should comprises of 1 no. MCCB (250Amp), 3 Nos. air break contactor of suitable capacity (2no. of 140Amp for main and delta supply, 1 no. of 95 Amp air break contactor for star operation), 1 No. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 1 No. indicator .1 No. MCB 6 Amps. for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply.

3) Protections devise / fault analyzer Two protections devise / fault analyzer one for each starter shall be fitted with the panel with capability to: a) Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings: i. Voltage related fault: Single phasing, reverse phase, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage. ii. Current related fault: Over load, Under load (dry running), unbalance load, earth leakage, short circuiting Short circuit b) Display line current of R, Y & B Phase and also line voltage of RY, YB and BR phase.

4) Bimetal overload relay: Two no. bimetal over load relay one for each starter of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation/bye pass switch to bye pass the fault analyzer.

Fabrication / Installation of panel board by way of replacement of worn out ply board by 12mm thick ply board covered with good quality mica. Providing / fitting of aluminium cable-300mm sq from 250 KVA transformer to LT pole. Providing/fitting of 400 Amp 415V HRC type main switch (H/DUTY) -01 no. Providing and fitting of 400 amp buss bar fuse system. Replacement of cable by Providing/fitting of 37/16 copper cable for making of electrical connections from main switch to 250KVA voltage stabilizer to buss bar & then to 100HP automatic control panel with proper thimbling and insulation. Providing/fitting of 25mm square submersible cable for making of connection from automatic control Panel to motor with proper thimbling and insulation. The complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.

Testing and commissioning of pumping machinery with all other allied electromechanical equipments. Checking of all electrical connections, tapping and tightening all other connections. Checking the alignment of pump and motor sets and testing the machinery on full load. Complete job.
