Disconnecting the main supply from the panel and dismantling the cable connection from the Aerator motor terminal .

Dismantling of the whole Aerator unit part by part i.e motor , gear box , mounting plate , mounting stud , impellar , shaft , floats etc. with necessary tools and tackles and to be kept at safe place.The motor shall be dismantled carefully and rotor to be seperated and removed from the stator.

After disconnection of all end connection of the windings ,cutting , removing of windings without damaging the stator core and measurement of winding data. Properly cleaning of dust and dirt by air compressed and brush from the core of the stator and drying out the same.

Rewinding of the stator with original conductor and class-f grade insulation. After completion of rewinding , binding with impregnated varnish and cloth.

Complete overhauling and heat varnishing of the stator with class - f grade insulation to obtain stable IR value , PI value etc.

Cleaning of the outer surface of rotor by using soft skimming and subsequent heating and cleaning of the rotor as directed .

The stator winding terminals shall be connected through terminal box by using suitable Brass socket with crimping. New bolts and nuts has to be provided for tightening the connection terminals.

Opening and replacement of existing bearings of the motor in the DE and NDE side as per sample provided.

Metalising of bearing housing cover on both side (DE and NDE) and machining the same and match with bearing housing its normal condition.

Rebrazing the both end of rotor joint with end rings .

Metalizing of rotor shaft journal both side (DE and NDE) and machining the same and matching with the bearing bore.

Trueness of the rotor shaft to be checked and rotor to be dynamically balanced and certificate to submitted.

The motor shall be assembled thoroughly as per the original by using new fasteners and shall apply the grease wherever applicable.

All necessary testing of the motor shall have to be done as per relavant IS before commissioning of the motor.

Repairing , balancing and necessary testing of the Aerator impellar.

Repairing of the central shaft and fitting fixing with proper alignment.

Repairing , servicing , overhauling of gear box unit after opening part by part as per direction of EIC and fitting fixing the same along with supplying of specific grade oil as required.

Necessary repairing work of the aerator platform , handrail , bridge support etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fiixng of new mounting studs , nuts , bolts , spring washers , screws , gaskets etc. as per sample provided .

Necessary repairing of the 2 no. cuboid floats and proper buoyancy to be checked and maintained as per requirement .

Re assemble the whole aerator unit part by part .

Priming and painting of the Aerator unit assembly with 2 coats epoxy paint as per direction of EIC.

Transportation of all the parts of Aerator unit from the plant to party's workshop and back to plant including unloading at site .

Commissioning of the Aerator unit on its original position , reconnection of the cable and trail run of the Aerator upto satisfaction of EIC.
