Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T & P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metresas per MORTH 202 II.By Mechanical Means a) Cement concrete grade M15 & M -20

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures of culvert abutments, piers, retaining walls etc. as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, back filling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work upto 3 m depth as per MORTH Specification 304. INCLUDING DEWATERING Ordinary soil Mechanical Means

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and laying in position machine batched concrete (BMC), machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to the site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. M25 grade of reinforced cement conrete by using 410kg of cement per cu.m. of concrete. All works upto floor V level. Deduct for providing leaner mixes respectively at all floor levels 6066(ii). Providing M-20 grade concrete by using 400kgs of cement per cu.m of concrete instead of M-25 grade of B.M.C.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for i. Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns

Vertical surfaces such as retaing walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like.

Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. b. 75 mm dia

Providing and laying filter media with Granular materials crushed stone Aggregates satisfying the rerquirement As Per Clause 2504.2.2 of MOSRT & H Specification to a thickness of 500 mm laid horizontally in layers of 250mm thick and compacted to firm condition etc. complete as direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and applying an elastic elastomeric membrane forming system with anticarbonation and berathing properties. The system (EMCECOLORFLEX + PRIMEX 250) or equivalent should be based on solvent free acrylic polymers with solid contents of 70 + 3% and should be ultra violet resistant, crack bridging type, water-proofing coating. For anti-carbonation, equivalent Air layer thickness denoted as R or SD CO2 > 50 m and for breathability equivalent Air layer thickness denoted as SD H20 shall be < 4 for vapour transmitting barrier. The system consists of one coat primer at 75-100 g/m2. The consuption of polymer coating to give film thickness of 200-225 microns should be approximately 400-450 gms/m2 per two coats. Polymer coating should be in suitable approved shades, including suitable surface preparation, cost of materials and labour for applying the above coating, and scaffolding charges, all inclusive of taxes.

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, breaking clods, spreading, watering, rolling each layer of 300 mm in depth by wooden or steel rammer including rolling top most layer with steel rammers & dressing up in embankment of roads, canals, marginal banks, & guide banks etc complete.

Earthwork in embankment with soil cement mix 300 mm thick with 10% cement and 90% approved material ( contractor’s earth ) including all lifts, leads, laying in layers not exceeding 100 mm thickness, controlled method of compaction as approved by Engineer-in-charge to the required dry density at requisite moisture etc. complete.
