Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in skirting raisers of stteps and dado 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3sand)finished with finish pointing in white cement within all leads and lifts.

P/F Alluminium door and Chokath and all fixing complete in all respect.

P/F rain Pipe PVC including all fixing complete in all lead & lifts 100mm dia

Painting Two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with readymixedpaint to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping and brushing enamelled paint otehr than white complete in all respect.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earthwithin a lead of 20 mtrs. pick and jumper work as directed within all leads and lift as per entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring,shuttering,propping etc.height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.height of propping and centring below supporting removal of the same for in situ work in reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in F & P :-.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth. Within all leads and lifts.

Manufacturing and fixing of fencing of size 1.60mx1.20mx25 of Jalli 25x 25mm MS mesh welded with MS black tube of 32mm dia 1.80m height of 14 gauge with MS flats 20x3mm including cutting welding painting with read oxide paint complete the fixed in jail of 25x25mm mesh should be fixed in 1.10x1.10m the work should be executed as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete within all leads and lifts.
