Providing plain cement concrete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 nominal mix plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement isto four sand isto eight crushed aggregates) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing & technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in bricks/stone masonery plain/reinforced concrete abutment wing wall return wall with 100 (hundred) mm dia PVC pipe extended through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(one) vertical and 20 (twenty) in horizental towards drawing face complete as per specification clause 614,709,1204,3.7. including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plain cement concrete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 PCC grade M-15(1:2.5:5)( one cement isto two point five sand isto five crushed aggregates) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of ”W” metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm (three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail to be kept 70cm (seventy centimeter) above road/ground level and to be fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) to be spaced 2 metre (two metre) centre to centre to be kept 1.80 mtr( one point eight zero metre) high and to be kept 1.10 mtr ( one point one zero metre) below ground/road level. All steel part and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process. All fittings to confirm to IS:1367 and IS 1364 as amended upto date, metail beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm ( one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimeter) and 330mm ( three hundred thirty millimetre ) long complete as per clause 810 confirming to MORTH &H including all fittings required for errection at road site of materials including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density complete as per technical specification clause including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-II as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading- III as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with emulsion (SS-1) binder on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 (Zero point eight five) kilogramme per suare metre using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion (RS-1) binder using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 (zero point two seven five kilogramme per square metre ) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty milimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm(thirteen point two milimetre) to 5.6 mm (five point six milimetre) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen for emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100kn (eighty to hundred ) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical specification clause 508 Bitumen (S-90) (S- Ninety) . including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Five hundred ten). Bitumen (S-90) (S- Ninety) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standared design as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and techanical specifiation cluase 1703. Ordinary stone/Kilometre Stone including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15(fifteen) grade kilometre stone/local stone of standared design as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and techanical specifiation cluase 1703. 200(two hundred) metre stone (precast) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro refectories sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sq.m. Supported on a mild steel single angle ironpost75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawings and technical specification 1701 including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing citized information sign board as per MORD specification and drawing .two MS flat iron of 1.6mm thic in two part of size 900*750 ( nine hunndred into seven hundred fifty ) duly welded with Msflat iron 50*5mm size on back at places on all corners. All M.S. flat should be welded with all square M.S. tube of size 75*75mm height of board should be 2450 mm from ground level to top of board and width should be 1150 mm. all M.S. will stave anameled on both sides. lettering and printing arrows, board etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality hauling required shade and color. All sections iof framed post and sheet tube painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes transportation in all leand lifts to the entire Satisfication as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5(two point five) mm thick including refectorising glass beeds @250 gms per sign area, thickness of 2.5(two point five) mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniformly and free from streaks and holes including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes transportation in all leand lifts to the entire Satisfication as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Installation of delinators (road way indicators hazard makers, object markaers) 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular of 75mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC -79 and the drawings including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes transportation in all leand lifts to the entire satisfication as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973 including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes transportation in all leand lifts to the entire Satisfication as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
