Replacing/Repair & Cleaning of existing filter media consisting of gravel and sand in pressure type filter bed having filtration capacity 100000 LPH clearing as per the details followed :Removing the existing filter media consisting of gravels and sand, spreading and leveling out side for refilling, cleaning the surface, walls, bed sand Nozzles with wire brushes and cleaning the wall with bleaching powder solution, washing with fresh water and finally washing the complete filter bed twice with Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment etc complete in all respect. Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment, Vacuum cleaning etc complete.

M&L for cleaning of the pebbles of different sizes with vacuum cleaning and high pressure water before cleaning the fungi or algie if any with concentrated bleaching powder solution and wire brush twice.Washing with fresh water and finally washing the complete gravel bed twice with Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment etc and laying the pebbles in different sizes by filtering the sizes of pebbles through jallis suitable complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of eng-in-charge.

Supply and fill filter media consisting of screened graded sand on supporting gravel bed of size 0.5 to 1.5 mm

Supply & Laying pebbles 5 mm to 50 mm in different sizes as reqd in three layers all as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply,installation and testing complete of digital water level indicator device,operating on single phase supply,direct display in 150mm size digital system in meter/centimeter of water level of sumps/ overhead tank ensuring alarm while water fall or rise at predetermined limit. One minute auto off alarm. (a) The circuit unit must operate through a compact electronic circuit, which must ensure reliable operation at 230 volt +- 5% with reliable in display % alarm at low and high level of sumps/overhead tank. (b) The circuit unit must be housed in M S CRC Sheet box with nylon moulded connection steips, the level system must be resistance transducer,which unaffected by corrosion and other contacts available in water. The product must be controlled by micro switch ( should not be sensor system). (c) The whole unit must be electronically controlled and the upper level and lower level indicator must be highly sensitive MICRO switch. The complete unit must be in two parts. Each complete part must be fitted in MSCRC sheet box separately. One must be installed at sump/OH tank and second at pump house with proper poweder coating paints. (d) The required flexible copper cable of 0.5 sqmm, 4 core size from sump/OH tank to pump house approx mtrs must be provided for connecting both units. (e) For the unit installation all other required supporting items must be provided by contractor. (f) wire protection PVC pipe in required quantity and adequate size as per site requirement with testing must be provided by contractor.

M & L for bird proofing of complete clafifloculator unit of water treatment plant having diameter of 13 meters and also the filter media chamber of diamension (3X8) meters including metal sheet roofing and cover all around by bird proofing net using rolled section iron for framing of supporting structure as per following items complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) S & F for rolled section Square hallow section medium weight 50mm X 50mm as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(ii) S & F Roof trusses rectangular section 50mm X 25mm (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iii) S & F for pre-painted galvanized aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iv) M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(v) S & F Bird proofing net, HDPE made, minimum thickness 1 mm, square hole shape, superior quality all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(vi) M &L Cement work for preparing the foundation of frame all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Repair and servicing of Flash mixer motor including rewinding and repairing the gear box assembly and the agitator unit all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair suitable Sodium Hypochlorite dosing pump to the existing system. Make : PROMINENT, LMI, ALLDOS, IWANKI.(Note: The contractor is advised to visit the existing system at water treatment plant in nagtalao area before quating)

Repair, cleaning and maint of clarifloufloculator all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge as per details given below:- (a) Dewatering of clarifloufloculator 400000 Ltrs with the help of pump as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(b) Removal of complete sludge and cleaning inside, sidewall, scraper unit, floculator and raw water flow channel.

(c) Replacing of complete scrapper unit in repaire with complete two coat epoxy painting.

(d) Complete bridge rail levelling maint and greasing hand railing and 2 coat enamel painting complete.

(e) Cleaning and washing of channels for filter plant

(f) Rewinding, repair & servicing of motor of upto 3.5 HP capacity

(g) Replace of slip ring for rotating bridge clarifloufloculator complete all as specified and directed..

Taking out deposited mud from inside underground sump of capacity 4,00,000 Liters with the help of man power /mechanically and dewatering the sump with water lifting pump including descaling/desalting with wire brush internal surface of underground sump and washing with bleaching powder and fresh water two times and dewatering the sump and applying two coats of lime wash inside the wall of sump including writing the capacity of sump ,date of cleaning, date of next cleaning due date with 40 mm size letters by synthetic enamel white paint or illuminated white tape over blank back ground complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in -charge

All as above item but semi-underground water storage tank of capacity of 4,00,000 Liters.

All as above item but semi-underground water storage tank of capacity of 10,00,000 Liters.

All as above item but overhead water storage tank of capacity of 4,00,000 Liters.

All as above item but over head water storage back wash tank of capacity of 50,000 Liters. Note:- 1. Sweeping / cleaning and taking out sludge in consolidated position from under ground sump including cleaning of internal walls, surfaces and floor thoroughly to make it free from dirt by scrubbing and washing accumulated materials with water, including cleaning of suction lines inside under ground sump etc complete all as directed by Engr -in - charge. Note:- 2 Work is in full condition and the contractor is required to take necessary safety precautions and arrange safety mask, hand gloves etc at his own expense. The semi under ground sump have depths varying from 6 to 11.2 M and Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the above aspect.

Supply and Fix aluminium/ PVC display board of size 3 x 6 feet including supply and making arrangement for fixing of led tube rod of 16/18/20 watt, marking of installation name, complete painting of suitable colors all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair and overhauling of Air compressor of capacity 15 HP any make complete including cleaning, oiling , greasing and replacement of worn out spares, machining and grinding all as required at site and installation testing and commissioning complete of capacity 260 CFM and air pressure 7 PSIG complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (for Aeration tank)

Material and labour for rewinding of vertical/horizontal 3 phase, 415V, electric and induction motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge heavy duty of class 'B' insulation and varnishing complete to the winding etc, reassembling complete and testing on full load all as directed for the following capacities of motors :- 15 HP

Taking out old unserviceable pressure guage and Supply and fix new pressure guage dial type measuring capacity 0-1 Kg/Sqcm (0-15 lb/in2) along with 30 cm long 15mm bore medium grade GI pipe and connection clip suitable for fixing in different size of pipe line all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out stuffing box of sluice valve of 100/150/200 mm dia with GI tubing operating rod and repair the stuffing box with drilling , metalling and welding etc as required and refixing the same to smoothly operating the valve including replacement of gland packing rope and washer sheet complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge

M&L for renewal of plate earthing for LT panel with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 40 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work , etc.complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

Disconnecting cable lugs connection in kiosk and reconnect using of size 16 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm aluminium lugs to be provided at cable entries complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out panel door with old broken hinges and supply and fix with new MS hinges medium weight of 75 mm long fix to panel & panel door with suitable nut & bolt /welding and painting to match the existing colour of panel & refixing the door same complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 100 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 100 Amps, 415 Volts TPN , 25 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 63 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 63 Amps, 415 Volts TPN , 16 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting of LT panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete exc 2 sqm n exec 5 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting of LT panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete exc 5 sqm n exec 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L grouting of LT panel incl dismantling of panel from existing position and refixing it with ntu bolt fstener as directed, 0.75 m above ground level by providing 90 cm long angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm, welded on all the four corners, embedded in pcc 1:2:4 using 20 mm size stone aggregate upto 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.
