a) Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 100 HP OISD starter using appropriate means of transport as auto rickshaw car or similar with 1km lead (02 Trip) b) Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms up to 5.0 kms (5 km/Trip) c) Dismantling of 100 HP OISD Starter by way of disconnecting of all connection leads with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles d) Providing and fitting of fixed copper contact points (complete set). e) Providing and fitting of movable copper contact points (complete set) f) Repairs to the handle mechanism by way of providing and fitting of damaged tension springs, nuts and allied accessories. g) Providing & filling of T- oil (03 Ltr) h) Complete assembling of 100HP OISD Starter by connecting all leads & tested on full load.

a) Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 40 HP Motor to be used as standby lying damaged in sub division store to utilized its service at other sites during emergency using appropriate means of transport as Bolero/ Tata mobile or similar with 1km lead (02 Trip) b) Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms up to 5.0 kms (5 km/Trip) c) Disconnecting all motor leads, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete assembly as per job d) Providing and fitting of new copper wire as per standard for winding (24kg) e) Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% (19.2 kg) f) Providing & fitting of high quality insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper fiber glass tape varnishing etc. g) Providing and fitting of copper connection leads as per requirement (06 no) h) Assembling of all motor parts coupling and alignment with pump reconnecting of leads and testing on full load
