REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF STREET/ SECURITY LIGHTS AND PAINTING OF ELECTRIC POLES AT MIL STN NARENDRA NAGAR AND MUNI KI RETI UNDER AGE (I) RAIWALA

Excavation in trenches for taking out/laying of cable and pipe line not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide soft /loose soil Complete and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer of of soil complete and all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point. Complete and all as specified.

M & L for riddled earth (obtained from excavation) for cushioning including spreading, levelling and hand punning to 18 mm thickness over under ground cable in trenches all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

M&L for laying brick sub class 'B' for protection of under ground cable all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable cable of any size upto 50 Sqmm carefully from trenches/poles/ducts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe/ laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 16 sqmm 2 core incl suitable end terminations with cable glands, aluminium lugs, sleeves as required with all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for light grade GI pipe of size 50 mm dia including required size of clamp, bolts, nut, washer fixed on existing pole for cable protecton.

M & L for trimming the tree branches within 3.0 mtr on either side of the electric lines/poles with suitable T & P and disposing the waste as directed and as specified. Note: The span means pole to pole distance .

M&L for road cutting / foot path and making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 150mm X 100mm after laying pipe for UG cable complete all as directed by Enger -in- charge.

Supply and fix LED security light 1X60 W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-66 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF>0.98 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, Surge protection level ≥ 10 KV, thermal short circuit protection THD < 10% made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with Ra>70, and LED lumen efficiency >100 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way, 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way, 80 degree luminior efficiancy > 110 Lumens/watt power LED should be of more than 01 watt CCT should be between 5700° K- 6500° K including fixed on pole with 02 Nos MS clamp made out of F1 40 x 6 mm and 32 mm inner dia medium grade GI pipe bending with required anlge and reduced or increased to suitable to fix on light or as directed including connecting with 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from distribution box to light complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (i) the firm has to give warranty for street light fittings including driver minimum for 03 years for any defects developed during the period. (ii) The contractor shall submit the third party LM 79 report from any NABL approved laboratory. (iii) The fitting should have BIS, CRSno . Supply and fix sheet moulding compound(SMC) Junction box size 185 x 165 x 60 mm inner dimension, Hinged door, including 100 Amps aluminum bus bar for phase and neutral for half of phase bus bar mounted with DMC insulators , cable gland for incoming and outgoing cables, baklite terminals andMCB SP 2 Amps mounted with MCB channel for street light control mounted on pole with suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts etc the provision of cable entry and exit. S & F in replacement of digital street light timer programmable every 1 min, with back up of 6 years, 28 memory locations, current capacity 16 A, weekly program, with 1 changeover (C CD), Total for 28 programms all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: L & T/IndoAsian/Havells

S & F in replacement of 2 pole power contactor of AC 1 rating 30 Amps Conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 & IEC 60947-4-1 click fit type construction, capcacity and necessary connection from existing or new Analog timer on pole box all as specified and as directed. Make: L & T/IndoAsian/Havells

M & L for replacement of Weather proof LED post top pluto gate light 25 W aluminium housing, clear acrylic diffuser, cast aluminium pole -cap complete with accessoires with suitable size 50 mm outer dia GI pipe and required demoliton of existing surface for fixing new GI pipe 50 mm dia and fixing LED post top lantern in GI pipe ,plastering and making good surface work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces by scrubbing with emery paper/wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint to 9 mtr long steel tubular street light poles complete with connected fittings such as brackets and writing the pole number with black enamelled paint of 25mm high letters on 10 cm dia circle in white paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for pole wiring with two run of 1.50 sqmm FRLS PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable and one run of 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire, from street light fitting to looping box through inside pole and necessary cutting for making hole on pole including taking down old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
