COMPREHENSIVE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF DUCTABLE AC VRF AND PAC INSTALLED AT NCN DATA CENTER OF COMCEN AND SIGNAL SCHOOL AT NAVAL BASE KOCHI

Comprehensive maintenance and check up of 5TR capacity each PAC - 3Nos (precision air conditioner) installed at Equipment room of NCN (Naval communication network) data centre including complete checking of the refrigeration system, fan motor, control cards, Humidity bottle, dehumidify fire and other respective parts to ensure the healthy condition of the all indoor and outdoor units, checking the functioning of the compressor and its other accessories, cleaning of the outdoor with suitable solution, outdoor condenser coil, indoor filters microprocessors PCB card, checking the suction and discharge pressure of each units, checking of all respective sensors. The tenderer shall attend the all breakdown complaints whenever required at any time and made serviceable with in 48hrs time all as specified and as directed Make- Blue box/ Swegon, Model: DATATEC VEDA18-1 CH

Preventive Maintenace scope of work:- i) To visit & check the operating parameters of the PAC every month month as per schedules. ii) To review the previous months operating log records and alarm history. iii) To inspect the unit for any unusual vibration, noise etc. iv) To check for a sign of refrigerant leakage and rectifying the same. v) To check the operation of the valves. vi) To check the proper functioning of microprocessor and take control test. vii) All the breakdowns including the compressor failure, if any shall be attended and rectified. xii) Rewinding/ replacing the the compressor if required. xiii) Repairing of the leakages including charging of gas ix) To attend to all the complaints as and when called for. x) To provide any spare covered under the scope of PAC xi) The quoted rate including replacement/repair of any kind of spares labour cost for replacement of defective spares of LCP

Comprehensive maintenance and check up of 40KW capacity each- 8Nos the liquid cooling package (LCP) Unit installed at NCN Data centre including complete checking of the EC fans, control cards, Humidity bottle, dehumidify fire, actuator valves, temperature and humidity sensor, and other respective parts to ensuring the healthy condition of the all units, Checking the functioning of the compressor and its other accessories, cleaning of the indoor filter’s microprocessors PCB card, checking of all respective sensors and external cleaning with suitable solution.
