Repair and overhauling of 33KV Indoor VCB of Dadahu feeder make Siemens model 3AH3 315-2,Serial no. 23689, Rated voltage 33KV, Breaking capacity 31.5KA, year of mfg. 10/2010 including repair of CT/PT circuit, dismantling and servicing of breaker mechanism, cleaning, lubrication, checking and adjustment of breaker contacts, operating mechanism, closing/tripping mechanism, interlocks and control circuit , protection shutter with bearings, replacement of 3 Nos. Spouts, realignment of 6 Nos. male-female contacts along with nut and bolts, replacement of 10 meter sleeve, replacement of any CT/PT found defective or having values outside permissible limits, including necessary dismantling, installation, wiring and testing , providing and fixing of 3 No. 33KV 1Cx300mm² cable termination kit, damaged PT fuses and damaged fuse-holder/fuse-clamp with suitable for breaker, Providing and fixing 3 Nos. panel heaters 60W 220V AC, through cleaning of panel to remove all carbon deposit and then epoxy coating, final testing, commissioning and energisation of the associated 33 kV Dadhau feeder, complete in all respects including all labour, tools, testing equipment, minor consumables and miscellaneous hardware..

Replacement of damaged R-Y Phase post insulator of incomming 33 kV isolator of Dadhau feeder along with fixed/female contact assembly, complete with dismantling of damaged components, providing and fixing new post insulator, female contact assembly, necessary nuts, bolts, washers and hardware, alignment of the isolator, adjustment, testing and commissioning of isolator complete in all respects.
