The agency must possess audit reports for 3 years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22)

Agency's EPF, ESI numbers, and certificates.

Attach attested photocopy (xerox) copies of the above documents.

Attach Security Deposit Declaration Letter (Annexure-1).

Submit the attested hard copies of the uploaded documents to the office within the specified due date
