Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep & getting out in any type of soil (i.e. soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil (i.e. soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out in any type of soil (i.e. soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil), returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil/ material to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for red bajri in floors or paving and similar works, laid in thickness not exc 15 cm, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Measurement shall be taken after compaction.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, including necessary welding etc. conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ ridges/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding, safety net, safety belt, etc.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 50 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, complete all as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.
