Note: The water proofing treatment works shall be carried out by the contractor through authorised applicators of the manufacturers only.

Removing plants/ herbs grown on duct / wall portion & SWR pipes joint area for multistoried building at any storeyed cleaning with steel wire brush and rubbish and down all dirt , mud and shabby material from the SWR pipe joints , duct and wall portion complete and applied neat cement slurry / cement mortar on the leakages of SWR pipe joints / vertical stacks and applying two coats of weather proof paint with necessary safety measures i.e scaffoldings / hanging platform up to 09 (nine) floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 4 Core, 16 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry River Sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un–reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 40mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc. or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting Bituminous Road / Hardstanding etc. as required for Jointing / Laying Cables and Pipeline of width not exceeding 300mm and depth not exceeding 600mm and refilling after laying and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing LT UG cables of any description and size after disconnecting the existing connections carefully and relaying in alternate route as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including connecting up and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable cover, etc. as required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ.

Note for BoQ: Certain Addn/ Altn works catered in this BoQ such as replacement of GI pipe lines with CPVC pipes/ PVC SWR pipe lines, external Plastering, external finishes such as cement based painting/ weather proof extrior emulsion painting, water proofing treatment to existing structures, etc. shall be required to be carried out up to G+9 Storey height and the bidders are deemed to be visited the sites and get acquainted themslves the site conditions and the rates quoted for the relevant items are deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion all as specified and as directed. Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account.
