Make ,size -90 mm x 1000 mm , MOC -Silicon and MBBR Media size -16 mm x22mm, of Vasu/ Equi. Make along with stainless steel piping (SS 304) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of Sludge Dewatering Screw press 6m3/ hour capacity including all necessary accessories and fitting, Multidisc sludge Dewatering Screw Press,Sludge flow control tank, floculation tank, screw and cylender -SS 304, Control panel board, Tanks and hardware-SS304, control panel-MS power coated complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, Installation, Testing and commissionng of Polymer Preparation and dosing system of required capacity, (minimum 1000 liters) Sludge Feed Pumps , Interconnecting Piping, Electrical Cabling & Cable Trays. The Control Panel shall be relay based as per SBS standards having relay-based circuit, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Constructing, Testing & Commissioning Reinforcement concrete Circular sludge tank as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe,proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, including leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
