Dismantling and taking out carefully old Unserviceable / Worn – Out and broken components of Wooden and Steel Furniture without damaging the remaining serviceable members, furniture and Supplying and Fixing of the same with new components such as Prelaminated MDF Board, Exterior Grade, One side decorative lamination and other side balancing white conforming to IS – 14857, Plywood BWR Grade conforming to IS – 303, Mild Steel Sections, Iron mongery fittings, Builders Hardware, Tapestry Cloth, Foam, Plastic Cane, Cotton / Nylon Newar etc. and Wood Work made of First Class Hard Wood [Teak Wood], seasoned, free from knots and cracks, wrought finished including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, gluing, providing hinges, polishing / painting the entire article with standard workmanship complete to its original shape and size all as shown on drawings, as specified and as directed for following articles: Note: All furniture items shall be painted / polished only after completing all repairs and renewals etc. The furniture shall be repaired / renewed, Painted / Polished on site at Officers Married Accommodation after completion of B / R and E / M Welcome Maintenance works. All materials to be incorporated in the work shall conform to the latest IS Specification.
