Land Surveying by way of electronic total station, submission of soft data including preparing Key plans/site etc including submission of 3 sets Key plans.Geo-technical investigation/report of each designated site. Preparing PPRs/DPRs, which shall include, Concept plans for different construction proposals at designated locations incl. submission of PPT of different concepts/themes, computerized animation and walkthrough covering the surroundings, concept plans/design/drawings and 3D rendered elevations including submission of comprehensive PPR, Estimates and BOQ proof checked structural design / drawings (4 sets), (only approved one concept will be considered for payment.
