REPAIR/MAINT OF B/R AND E/M AT CERTAIN LOCATION OF MES LIVING ACCN AREA AND AGE OFFRS UNDER GE (NORTH) BINNAGURI

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including dismantling/taking out unserviceable tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 including necessary preperation of surfaces and applying one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer including dismantling of unserviceable wrought iron and mild steel of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminium zink coating Gl based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling corrugated steel Sheets any gauge, thickness, Nainital or Similar Pattern Roof Coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm (without taking off shutter from the frame) each including Builders Hardware and removing from the site including dismantling brick work for hold fasts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each including Builders Hardware and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made Pressed steel frames confirming to IS, having profile of size 125 x 60 mm, 1.25 mm thick MS Sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary supply and fixing lugs, lock strike plate, etc. 100 mm size hinges, with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, fixed in opening as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames confirming to relevant IS, having profile of size 105 x 60 mm, 1.25 mm thick MS Sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary Supply & fixing lugs, lock strike plate, etc. 100 mm size hinges, with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made, plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rails and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 Part-1 klin seasoned and chamicaly pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood gauged and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to received gauge etc (without sash bars) for fly proof door shutter, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut of any mitred beads for securing gauge etc, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR-I section 8 clause No. 8.23(a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.
