Supply , installing , testing and commissioning of direct cylinder mounted type vacuum chlorinator for pressure feed including all measuring gauges, multistage pump, 3phase motor and suitable starter conforming to IS 10553 part - 2 having capacity 1.0 to 1000gm/hr complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note: - Rate of the item is deemed to be inclusive of all accessories/fittings required for installation.

Supply and laying on walls or ceilings or laid on floors GI pipe medium grade size 25mm dia ISI marked with all fittings complete all as specified directed by Engr -in- charge.

Supply and fixing of gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 25mm bore including fixing nipple, union or fitting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , installing , testing and commissioning of Heavy duty Chemical Dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH working pressure 10 kg /cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP,1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor,agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 ltrs capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint complete with Chemical grade PVC NRV. 3Phase DOL starter for Dosing Pump made of powder coated MS fabricated box consisting of LED indicator, digital Volt meter, Amp meter, single phase preventor, High voltage low voltage protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : - Rate is deemed to be inclusive of all accessories/fittings which ever required as per ground conditions.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate for foundation of suitable size as per site requirement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently with welding, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe-410W(GdeE-250) quality against rusted worn out channel, angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set with induction motor 100 HP 3 Phase, 1450 RPM, 415 volt, 50Hz coupled with horizontal split casing type pump, 50000 GPH water discharge, 80 mtr head fitted on Iron base frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- This rate includes all mandatory accessories, pipe of any type and size of CI/DI/GI and fittings , any type of valves required based on site requirement etc.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set with induction motor 50 HP 3 Phase, 1450 RPM, 415 volt, 50Hz coupled with horizontal split casing type pump, 50000 GPH water discharge, 40 mtr head fitted on Iron base frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- This rate includes all mandatory accessories, pipe of any type and size of CI/DI/GI and fittings , any type of valves required based on site requirement etc.

Supply ,Install Testing & Commissioning Fully Automatic Star-Delta Starter, max. motor output 125 HP, Overload protection Relay 90-140A Range, in sheet steel enclosure, with single phase Protection feature for 100 HP motor Rating 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, provided with 4 pole mccb protection of 160amps and suitable size contactors three nos as required etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply ,Install Testing & Commissioning Fully Automatic Star-Delta Starter, max. motor output 75 HP, Overload protection Relay 66-110A Range, in sheet steel enclosure, with single phase Protection feature for 50 HP motor Rating 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase provided with 4 pole mccb protection of 100 amps and suitable size contactors three nos as required etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate 60×60cm ×06mm thick electrode as earthing lead buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with 32x6mm GI strip as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- (i) Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces. (ii) Earthing shall be tested in presence of Engr-in-Charge and results kept on record before release of payment.

Supply & fixing in PVC submersible copper cable flat of size 25 Sqmm 3 Core including tieing with column pipe with nylon rope. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & fixing in PVC submersible copper cable flat of size 50 Sqmm 3 Core including tieing with column pipe with nylon rope. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix flexible PVC pipe of 50 mm dia high grade for laying cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying on wall/floor GI pipe 20 mm bore dia medium grade ISI marked with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply fix and testing in replacement of Non Return Valve 100 mm dia PN 1.6, connected with two end flanges suitable for connecting with Pipe, nut-bolts etc including taking down old unserviceable one complete with flanges nut - bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Butter Fly Valve lever operated conforming to IS 13095 of size upto 100 mm dia PN 1.6, connected with two end flanges suitable for connecting with GI Pipe medium grade, nut-bolts etc including taking down old unserviceable one complete with flanges nut - bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for foundation with heavy duty Mild steel channel {Mild steel channel size not less then ISMC 125mm [length of channel 2 x (1.7m + 0.5m)] thickness 8mm} complete for pump motor set including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) staging size 2.5x1.05x0.5Mtr for surface channels, plaster for above surface, welding work, frame work, Nut & Bolt of suitable size as per old, finishing of staging, leveling and painting, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts of any shape and sizes with hold fast arrangement for 100/50HP pumping set complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide and not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Taking up GI pipes with connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete of 25 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item sl No. 24 here in before but of GI pipe size of 20 mm bore.

Supply, laying & testing in trenches GI pipe medium grade ISI marked with all fittings complete all as specified for 25 mm bore.

All as per Item sl No. 26 here in before but of GI pipe size of 20 mm bore.

Supply, laying & testing in trenches in addition and alteration GI pipe medium grade ISI marked with all fittings complete all as specified for 80 mm bore.

All as per Item sl No. 28 here in before but of GI pipe size of 50 mm bore.

Supply and fix in ductile iron fittings for spigot and socket pipe such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross collers, caps and plugs upto 150 mm bore complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in Float valves of size 20 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair compete all as specified and directed.

Cutting cast/ductile iron pipes in position for insertion of new tees, branches of pipe size 150 mm dia and inserting tee of 150x150x80mm complete all as specified.

M & L for brick masonary valve pit of size 450 x 450 x 450mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with two nos. of RCC slab cover of suitable size with handle to lift atleast 75 mm thick having provision of valve key slot, earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4), Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 100 mm thick including rendering 15 mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note (i) RCC slab rate are inclusive in the rates. (ii) Drawing No STD-1258 dated 30 November 1993 amended upto 13 September 2000 shall follow.

M & L broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path or against cutting or road etc upto fair faces including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 2620.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
