Supply of 60W Solar stand alone LED streetlight system as per following technical specifications. 1. Solar PV Panel: Multi / Poly Crystalline PV Panel 2X150 Watt. Make : (MNRE approved) 2. Solar Battery: 12 V , Tubular Lead Acid Battery (As per IS 13369)- 100 AH x 2 nos with 5 years warranty. 3. LED Streetlight Housing : Pressure die-cast Aluminium housing IP 65. 4. LED: LM80 certified LED. MPPT 5. Charge Controller: Integral, electronic charge Controller. 6. Gear: Integral, Electronic constant current driver. Ingress protection: IP65 7. Battery Box: Galvanized Body with lockable arrangement to be mounted at a height of 3/4 mtr. From the ground. 8. Backup 2 days.

Supply of 7 Mtr. long Octagonal galvanized Pole complete with galvanized arm, galvanized module mounting & battery structure, galvanized hardware. Pole Dimension: Length : 7 Mtr. Top Dia – 70 mm, Bottom Dia- 130 mm. Plate thickness – 4 mm. Enclosed reference drawing, however the actual dimension of the mounting structure , arm & hardware may vary depending upon the actual size of solar the panel, LED fitting, battery etc.

Installation, testing & commissioning of the system complete with necessary foundation, earthing etc. Foundation drawing enclosed.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-MechanicallyTreatedbarsofgradeFe-500Dor more.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5coarsesand(zone-III):3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations,footings,basesofcolumns,etc.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding1.5m in width or10sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,liftupto1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

PCC1:3:6 in Foundation(Plain cement concrete1:3:6nominal mixin foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.)

Brick masonry workin cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering,as per drawing and technical specifications

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Foundation Bolts and nuts as per specification.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required. Details of cost for one Set

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.
