Excavation of Escape Channel along with Construction of Retaining wall near RD 9810m of Kanpur Main Canal of Kanupur Irrigation Project.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds soil in canal bed & slope including stoney earth gravel, moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in volume by mechanical means including loading, unloading and carriage with all leads, lifts/ delifts etc. and laying in canal banks, dumping yards or in spoil banks in 22.5 cm layers including triming the slopes and bed as per approved design as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the foundation& plinth with sand well watered and rammed with all cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & addl charges etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete M-15 grade with 40mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer, laying manually in approved surface, with cost of all materials, leads, lifts, de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges, construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty , EMF, DMF, addl charges , labour cess, construction and maintenance of diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, including dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps, all accessories and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete/C.C. confirming to M-25 grade in approved surface with 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer, with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts , de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges, construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF, addl charges including cost of labour,cess, diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps, accessories and hire and running charges of all machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work for concrete in canal structures with F1 finish using steel shutter plates of approved specification for all surfaces including supply of shutter plates and all other materials, T & P, labour and transportation of shuttering materials by mechanical/ manual means and dismantling of forms and finishing the surface complete with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, royalties, cess etc. including all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in appron and revetments with H.G. stone 30cm and above size to proper line and level with cost of stone and all labour required including conveyance of stone ,royalty, EMF, DMF & addl charges , cess with all lead and lift etc.Complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying, straightening the coiled or bent up HSDS bars, cutting, bending, and placing the grills in position with ties, chairs, spacers and binding the grills in position with binding wires 18 to 20 gauge, lapping and splicing, welding the joints wherever necessary for RCC works, as per approved designs and drawings and technical specification, with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, carriage, royalty and labour, cess etc. with cost of diversion roads, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment in any shape at all)

Providing 25mm thick bitumen filler board as per approved design, specification and ISI standard in expansion joints in canal structures, including cost, conveyance and handling, re-handling with fittig and fixing in proper alignment etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes along with filters in masonry/concrete abutments, wing wall/return wall with 75mm dia PVC pipe extending through the fullwidth of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing face complete and providing metal spall backing in the rear of weep holes with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage , labour,cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
