Complete overhauling of engine: Complete overhauling of engine, including opening of engine block from the machine and lifting/unloading ,dismantling, cleaning and refitting with test and trial: The job includes disassembling of parts of whole engine which includes uninstallation of crank shaft from engine block, disassembling of connecting rod and piston assemblies from the crank shaft and extraction of old sleeves from engine block, removing of lube oil pump, timing gear and fly wheel ring .Proper checking and facing of engine block, cylinder boring and polishing, fitting. The job includes crank shaft grinding and polishing, fitting of crank shaft main bearings. Connecting rod bush fitting and reaming. The job includes providing and fitting of complete engine overhauling kit comprising not less than following items: Piston assembly complete with rings, pin and circlips, Cylinder Liner, Valve Inlet and exhaust, Gasket Unit Complete, various seals, Fan belt, Bolts of various sizes and any other item required but mentioned shall be deemed to be included. The Job includes labour, consumables, diesel, dhoti cloth, tools and tackles costs, complete in all respects.

Replacement of Engine Oil: - The job includes removing of old Engine oil and re-pouring of new engine oil 15 Ltrs Having grade 20W40 of reputed brand. The job includes Replacing and refilling of oil filter 01 No. and Diesel filter set as per sample.
