Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of slips in all kind of soil (including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting) upto a distance of 20 mtrs disposing of un-serviceable materials, stacking serviceable materials and neatly dressing the surface complete with in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto a lead of 1.5 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavated and then returning the stacked soil when required into plinth sides of foundation in 15 cm layers consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then depositing of all surplus excavated materials as directed within a lead of 20 metres in all kind of works as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 3 :6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand and : 6 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in:- (Foundation and Plinth).

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
