Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 meter wide & n.exc. 1.5 meter deep in Hard/dense soil & getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick in hard/dense soil all as specified.

Removing excavated materials n.exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L Broken stone or boulders for hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls/weep holes to the required level/profile all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC type D2 (1:4:8, using cum 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete all as specified.

M&L PCC type B0 (1:2:4, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded off or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC type C1, (1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (Design mix) M-30 (20mm using graded stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (Design mix) M-30 (20mm using graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillers all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (Design mix) M-30 as in beam etc. (20mm graded stone aggregate over 1.5 m span) all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate,block masonary with solid block exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in- charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars columns for square or rectangular for fair finished surfaces all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of beams, lintels etc, for fair finished surfaces all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats n.exc. 10cm wide, for fair finished surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including, cranking binding with & including MS wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

As per items No 16.00 above but in stirrups, spacers & binders etc. 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia bar.

M&L Mild steel framed work such as grills grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balustered walk ways ralling, framed balustered, walk ways ralling framework of watertank and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges stops hand-made sliding bolts etc all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick Rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick/ concrete work finishing even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L Two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls incl preperation of surfaces all as specified as directed

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer.

S&F PVC SWR Pipe 110mm bore in any length fixed in compound wall as in weep hole to the required level / profile all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
