Conducting complete electrical safety audit including submission of electrical safety audit reportfor the whole premises of CSIR-Indian Institute of Petroleum. (Total 15 Nos. building of various areas i.e. main building, guest house, AFLAD etc.)

Review of Legal / Statutory Complainces as per IE rules & CEA Safety regulations of existing Electrical installation. 2. Review of Preventive Maintenance System , Work & Safety Procedures in place. 3. Review of last 6 months electricity bill ( W.r.t Demand analysis , Penalties etc.). 4. Review of competency level of O&M Contractor & Personnel. 5. Review of past incidences of breakdown / incidents at IIP Site. 6.Assessment of total connected load and collection of electrical data. 7.Earthing & Lightning protection system assessment & confirming its effectiveness. 8.Physical inspection & assessment of all Electrical Installation / infrastructure and recommend areas that needs an upgrade. 9. Complete Power Quality analysis ( inclusive of PF , THD, Unbalance,Overloading etc.). 10.Thermography analysis of major HT & LT Panels. 11.Preparation of SLD of the main substation ( HT & LT Inclusive ) & Electrical Layout of the Campus. 12.Preparation of Electrical Safety Manual. 13. Projection of Safety & anticipated risks ( Categorisation - High/Medium/ Low ) and its Prevention Measures.14. Electrical Safety Audit Report - 3 Sets of Hard Copies & 1 Soft copy with all the above findings.
