Repair to pot holes of any depth area not exceeding 1 sqm ech including sweeping free from dust and mud, water, scoring, sunken surfaces in road, path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm of paving bitumen (VG-10), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed ans sealed with binder 98 kg per 10 sqm of paving bitumen (VG-30), blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premix macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes not exceeding 30 mm. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Pot holes shall be markede & checked by Engineer-in-Charge 100 % qty before commencement of work and shall also be entered in MB with refence to permanent object before starting the carpeting work.

Supplying, Laying, spreading upto 75 mm or less consolidated thickness of premix bituminous macadam carpet filling in depression (using 20 mm graded stone aggegate) in single layer with using mechnical paver using bituminous binder (VG-30) at the rate 4% by weight of total mix, laid/ rolled and compacted/ consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous VG-10 Grade at 10 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal rectangular delineator post made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet rectangular OD size 75x100mm of length 1200mm. Bottom plate 2 mm thick of size 150 x 150 mm for firm grip welded to base. Top end closed with 2mm steet sheet. All coated with heat process & baked to 120 degree centigrade or powder coated to make all waether resistant. At top and bottom sides diamond grade cube corner micro white reflector of size 75x125mm laminated in 2mm deep cavity to make it scratch resistant. Post to have two bands all around of white reflective sheet of width 225mm by keeping black coat as bands for greater night visibility and including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm , exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen Grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted , mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material, laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of medel No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono crystafie solar panel 2.4V /0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactureres instructions etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc on roads, pavments and the like exc 10cm wide with thermolplastic paint 2 mm thick, white or golden yellow or as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and gettign out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.ex 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 409mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete compelte all as specified and directed

S&F machine pressed precast cement concrete factory made coloured glazed interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, machine pressed of pattern and colour with grey cement and pigment with and including 25mm thick sand cusion complete all as specified and directed.
