Outsourcing of services for running Central AC Plant of cap 3 x 90 TR (02 No working at a time) daily round the clock in 3 shifts ( 8 hours for each shift) by deploying Refrigeration Mechanic - 01 No in each shift in 166 MH (OT) for cooling system in summer season and heating system in winter season. The contractor shall employ qualified Refrigeration Mechanic having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimun 5 years experience or having 7 years experience in related field of operation of running central AC plant . (it will be ensured that the operator must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift). The plant is consisting of the following:- (a) Chilling units, screw chilling units complete of 190 TR capacity working on R-134a comprising of semi hermetic/ hermetic screw compressors, oil separator, water cooled condenser evaporator refrigerant piping control- 03 No (02 Nos working at a time) (b) FRP type cooling tower of capacity 200 TR alongwith fan motor - 01 No (c) Condenser water circulation system comprising of Centrifugal pumping set of capacity 20 HP. -02 Nos (01 Nos working at a time) (d) Chilling water circulation system comprising of primary and secondary centrifugal pump set of capacity 20 HP- 2 NO ( 01 No working at a time). (e) Strip Heaters 3 KW/2 KW - 18 No (f) 01 No water make up tank of capacity 5000 litre. (g) 01 Lot Condenser water piping with valves, strainers etc. duly insulated. (h) 01 No chemical scale preventer, SCALE OFF. (j) 01 No chilled water piping with valves, strainers etc duly insulated. (k) Expansion tank of capacity 1000 ltrs duly insulated. (l) 01 set water softening plant. Outsourcing of services for running Package type AC plant 3x5 TR for Psychiatric Ward located at 166 MH daily round the clock in 3 shifts ( 8 hours for each shift) by deploying Refrigeration Mechanic - 01 No for cooling system in summer season and heating system in winter season including consumable materials required for day to day maint/cleaning purpose of capacity 3x5 TR comprising of following equipment and machinery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.The contractor shall employ qualified Refrigeration Mechanic having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimun 5 years experience or having 7 years experience in related field of operation of running AC plant (it will be ensured that the operator must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift).The plant is consisting of the following:- :- (a) 3x5 TR outdoor & indoor unit comprising of air cooled condenser housed in heavy gauge GI/CRCA from with copper tubing and aluminium fins and propeller fan directly driven by totally enclosed with weather proof motor of 15000 K cal (5 Ton). Make : Blue Star Limited and with 03 Nos Hermatic seated compresser unit of 5 TR capacity with R-22 Refrigerant gas. (b) 3 Nos Air handling units complete

Outsourcing of services for maintenance & operation of complete sewage treatment plant in MH near OR,s line for 08 hrs( 0900 hrs to 1700 Hrs Hrs) in Gen shift per day by one Skilled FGM per shift all as per the directions of Engr in charge (it will be ensured that the operator must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift). The contractor shall employ qualified FGM having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimun 5 years experience or matriculate having 7 years experience in related field in operation of STP Plant.

Outsourcing of services for maintenance & operation of complete sewage treatment plant in MH behind mortuary for 08 hrs( 0900 hrs to 1700 Hrs Hrs) in Gen shift per day by one Skilled FGM per shift all as per the directions of Engr in charge (it will be ensured that the operator must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift). The contractor shall employ qualified FGM having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimun 5 years experience or matriculate having 7 years experience in related field in operation of STP Plant. Note: i) POL will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing. Outsourcing of services for running Steam Boiler- 01 No & Oil Fired Incinerator in MH alongwith water softening plant and cleaning of all accessories such as injector nozzle and spray assembly, descaling of boiler tubes, cleaning of economiser tubes, fully automatic mono block type pressure jet burners Motor, Pumping set control panel air blower (Fd) Exhaust system (ID) MS chimney 30 metre high including water tank 1500 litre capacity including staging provision of ladder aviation light earth complete. Gas cleaning system, wet server 40 to 50 Kg per hour burning capacity for hospital waste including LT panel and computer system for operation of incinerator including replacement of consumable parts/ spares for 08 hrs( 0900 hrs to 1700 Hrs Hrs) in Gen shift per day by one Skilled FGM per shift all as per the directions of Engr in charge (it will be ensured that the operator must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift). The contractor shall employ qualified FGM having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimun 5 years experience or matriculate having 7 years experience in related field in operation of Boilers,incinerators. Make : HAAT INCINERATOR INDIA PVT LTD all as required at site to make the plant functional. Note: i) POL will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing.

Note.for Srl No 1 to 07 :- (I) Refrigerator Mechanic/FGM deployed by the contractor shall also be capable to carry out minor repairs and also maintain the complete installation neat and clean all the times, incl grass cutting twice in a month,and ensure proper functioning of plant etc.( Tools for maint/area cleaning will be provided by the contractor and safety precaution of the employee will be the responsibility of the contractor) (ii)24 Hrs will be considered as one day.Ref Mechanic/ FGM shall attend the telephone (telephone will be provided by the contractor ) while on duty and will attend the complaint and keep the record of complaints (iv) The contractor is responsible for safe custody of plant (v) The cost of maintenance of documents installation charts and daily records i.e log sheet as clarified under relevant particular specifications shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for the above item (vi) in case of operator found absent from duty due to any reason a penal recovery @ 2200 /-per shift per person shall be made from contractor dues. Decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (x) Contractor shall provide all safety precautions /tools as per IE rules and dress to the operators and maint of attendance register /loogsheet .
