RE TENDER FOR GHEE ROOM PARTITION WORK

Providing and fixing aluminium composite panel ceiling and fascia using aluminium extruded architectural sections of size 25.4x25.4x1.2mm(0.308kg/m) to form grids of size 600x600mm and fixing 3mm thick FR grade aluminum composite panel (0.25mm aluminium coil thickness) of approved make and colour to the frame work using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant etc. The basic frame work shall be propoerly hung/fixed on the existing roof structurals using aluminium extruded angles/square tubes at proper intervals.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

Providing and fixing panelled side hung doors made of powder coated aluminium extruded architectural sections of 45mm wide frames for shutter having wall thickness of 1.8 ± 0.1 mm and appropriate outer frames with 8mm thick Thomoson multiwood panel at bottom and 6mm thick approved glass at top including handle, EPDM gasket, screws, fastners, pivots, hinges, lock & key, door stopper etc. as per the drawing and specifications.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm) with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. (basic rate Rs.1500/-)
