Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 mtrs with Cement Mortar 1:4

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1 cement:2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, griders bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level. Tor steel

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Providing and fixing wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick windows including bright finished black enameled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick in all leads and lifts

Painting two coats (excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering &stoping

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand):

Stone/Boulder filling under floors/behind retaining walls.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement:3sand 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts

Excavation in foundation & trenches etc. in earth work including all kinds of soil such as pick work Jumper work, blasting soft and hard rock, conglomirate up to all laeds and lifts stacked the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in trenches consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then desposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement: 6Sand: 12Graded stone agreegate 40mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material up to all laeds and lift.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to a fair finish including centering & shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and billies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to cielling not exceeding 4mtrs. removal of the same for insitu RCC and PCC work in flat surfaces such as sofits, suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. 200mm thickness including entire carriage of material up to all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement: Five sand: 10 graded stone aggregate) with 15% plums and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain / reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per technical specifications

Removal of slips in all kinds of soil (including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 20 metres dosposing of un-serviceable materials, stacking serviceable materials and neatly dressing the surface
