Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheating FRLS electric cable 1100 volts cable in and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings such as bend/corners/ accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm (multi-stranded) copper conductor single core (Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly in existing CI/wooden box covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for one light point/ fan/exhaust fan point/ bell point etc controlled by one, one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : i) New Sunken boxes wherever required shall be measured paid separately. ii) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost.

All as per serial item No 2 here-in-before , but for one socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheating electric cable 1100 volts (ISI Marked) including PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts 2.5 Sqmm copper stranded conductor as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 Amp and 15 Amp flush type, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for switch piano flush type single pole one way 5/6 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for ceiling rose surface type, 65 mm x 50 mm two to three terminals / PVC / polycarbonate, isolated body fixed on PVC block, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fans 250/ 300/ 380/ 450 mm sweep, and then properly cleaning and greasing of bearings after opening of the fan including replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling and reconnecting of exhaust, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately at 'supply only rates'.

Supply only ball bearing of exhaust fans of any size and type all as per site requirement including greasing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: SKF/NBC/ABC

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan of 225 to 300 mm sweep complete with super enameled insulated copper wire of appropriate size, including all winding, insulating material and impregnation of insulating varnish of any make, type, model including transportation from AGE E/M store yard to site after rewinding, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 9 above but exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting of exhaust fans after due preparation of surface 225/300/380/ 450 mm sweep complete at site with super enamel synthetic paint of colour as per old one by spray gun including filling cavities with filler, two coats after cleaning all dust, grease, smoke spots etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only copper alloy bush of exhaust fan any make and size all as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only deshaped blade from exhaust fan of any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep, and then properly cleaning and greasing of bearings after opening of the fan including replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling and reconnecting of and also writing MES No. existing with black paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately at 'supply only rates.

Strip opening of unserviceable ceiling fan 230 volts 1200/1400 mm sweep any make for undertaking repairs/greasing /oiling, reassembling and testing after repairs/greasing etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor 1200 mm sweep any make with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge as per existing including cutting and getting out old US winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish , threading ,connections with twin core copper flexible wire of size 0.0076mm of length not more than one mtr with each fan, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Fixing of repaired fan in any location of cantt area shall be contractors responsibility at his own arrangement of transport and T&P. (ii) Old burnt wire shall be contractors property and necessary credit shall be recovered as per sch of credit attached .

Supply only ball bearing of ceiling fans of any size and type all as per site requirement including greasing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: SKF/NBC/ABC

Supply only gun metal copper alloy bush for ceiling fan any type and size as per existing one, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only capacitor of size 2.5 MFD for ceiling fan, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

supply only canopy of ceiling fan of size and make as per existing one as required at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only down rod of ceiling fan with heavy grade of 15mm size pipe complete with drilling holes,cutting and making threads as per site requirement up to 0.75mtr ,painting with two coats of white paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only bolts,nuts and washers,rubber reel, split pin of appropriate size as required at site for ceiling fan of any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only of ceiling fan blade suitable for 1200mm/1400 mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Bajaj/USHA/CG

Taking down carefully from wall after unscrewing nut/bolts geyser 50/35/25 Ltr capacity and opening the same for taking out internal tank, syphon assembley etc and reassembling and refixing after repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Spares shall me measured and paid sepratley under respective items of Sch.

Supply only heating unit (element) ISI marked of 1500 watts triangular shape rating as required at site including rubber washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (As per sample) Make: Umpire/Wondercool/Ditz/ Toshiba

Supply and replacement internal steel tank of geyser 25 ltr capacity complete with syphon assembly, 1.5 kw element , rubber gasket , thermostat switch. The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand the requisite pressure. Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand requisite pressure . Supply and replacement of syphon assembly made out of brass of 50 ltr capacity including necessary studs screws and rubber gasket/washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 30 above but 25 ltr capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replace glass wool of 25 ltrs capacity geyser, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per sl item 32 here in before but 50 ltrs capacity geyser, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

De-scaling of geyser of capacity 25/50 ltr after taking down the geyser from wall, strip opening the assembly, de-scaling the syphon assembly and refixing the assembly and re-installation of geyser, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replace PVC connection 15mm dia complete with brass flair nuts at both ends, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: ISI marked and suitable for hot water supply upto 100 degree celcius.

Supply and replace brass pressure relief valve chromium plated suitable for geyser 25/50 ltr capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to be used, single pole and neutral, 8 way, double door, 240 volts with 200 Amp rated bus bar, including taking down the existing and making good distrubed surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of current carrying capacity SP 5 to 32 Amp MCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
