Sewerage Treatment Plant

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil containing spade work , blasting work, jumper work including decomposed hard and soft rocks etc with all lifts, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the same in 15 cm. layers whenever required in sides of foundation and plinth ,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than desposing of all surplus excavated soil with in all lead and lifts , complete in all respects and as directed by The Engineer -Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement:4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth: as per CPHEEO manual.

P/L C.Conc M-30 not less than 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 sand:3 GS Agg. 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced for reinforce concrete work i/c all leads lift and carriage of material at site complete as per CPHEEO manual.

In foundation & plinth.

In Columns,pillars posts and struts up to floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 [ 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ] and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced cement concrete work in Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

2nd Brick work using common brunt clay in cm 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) in foundation & plinth complete in all respect.

20 mm cement pilaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior pilaster upto floor two level i/c arries internal rounded chamber and rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 sand)

Laying jointing & Testing of Surveying level marking bench marking alignment of each line upto STP verifying the already excuted departmental survey, Laying jointing & testing in trenches centrifugal cast ductile iron pressure pipe as per IS: 8329/2000 class K-7 duly SI marked inside cement mortor lined suitable for tyton push onjoints by sewer line i/c cutting of pipe, chamfering whereas required (earth work to be measured and paid seperately) i/c carriage up to site of work testing etc. complete in all respect. as per CPHEEO manual.

200 mm dia spun

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In Beam Joists, channels, Angles,Tees flat with connection plateor angle cleats as in main and cross beam hip and jack rafter purlins connected to common rafter and the like.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick MS sheet garrage door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.15mm MS gusset plate at junctions and corners, all necessary fitting complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross pieces.

Providing Butt welding to following dia to MSERW pipe tubes conforming to IS of following table,dia and Welding with three Layer Specifications including all leads,lifts, and carriage of materials at site and as directed by Engineer-Incharge.

150 mm dia

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level :complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing MS flange table-5,150mm dia. including all leads,lifts, and carriage of materials at site and as directed by Engineer-Incharge.
