URGENT REPAIR AND RE-ROUTING TO DAMAGED UG CABLE OF SIZE 10 SQMM 4 CORE AT 41 ARTY DIV LOCATION (NEAR CSD BLDG) UNDER GE (MH&RH) KHADKI 1. M& L for detection of LT UG cable fault with the help of cable fault detecting machine with experinced engineer and helper including necessary earth work complete & jointing the fautly cable with new joint , testing etc complete all as directed . Note :- Cable joint kit will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of schedule . 2. Dismantling and taking down faulty LT UG cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core from trenches / poles / ducts etc. - 60 RM 3. Excavation intrenches n.exc 1.5 m wide n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Soft/Loose soil. - 27.34 Cum 4. Excavation intrenches n.exc 1.5 m wide n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Hard/Dense soil. -9.11 Cum 5. Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering well ramming in layer n.exc 1.5 cm thick in soft/loose soil. - 21.75 Cum 6. Removal of excavating material n.exc 50m & deposited where directed and n.exc 1.5m above the starting point - 14.70 Cum 7. Supply & spread, dry sand for cushioning of cables laid in trenches all as specified in SSR Part -I all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. - 10.94 Cum 8. Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type I flat size 250mm x 150mm x40mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge - 571 Nos 9. Laying only old unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type I flat size 250mm x 150mm x40mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. - 320 Nos 10. Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches/ducts/wall / floor / pipes/ poles including cable glands complete all as directed by Engr in -Charge. Make :- Havells / Gloster / Finolex / Polycab - 160 RM 11. Supply and fix Aluminium Lugs of size 10 Sqmm (for three phase) for aluminium cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core. - 4 Nos 12. Supply only straight through joint kit , heat shrinkable type suitable for LT UG electric cable 1100 volts grade of size 10 sq mm 4 core cable complete all as directed .- 1 No 13. M & L for road cutting for laying GI pipe for protection of cable upto depth 90 cm incl including making good the disturbed road and redressing the disturb surfaces of road with filling concrete type D-2 PCC in 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed .(For HT/LT cable) - 10 RM 14. Supply and fixing GI pipe Light grade (ISI marked) in repair laid in trenches/ path /road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling/ along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of size 50mm dia.- 10 RM 15. Trial/Testing of system upto satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note :- 1. The Jobis of urgent nature 2. Gaurantee for six month. 3. Old retrieved materials will be contractor's property, hence sch of credit Rs 920/- already deducted in the rate analysis. 4. GST % amount to be shown separately.
