Excavation in foundation for digging well in dry excavation from ground level upto the level where well crub is placed the level , where well crub is placed depth directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Wet well sinking graval including all pumping , soring etc with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) From spring level to 3.00 mtr. depth

b) From spring level to 3.00 mtr. To 6.00 metre depth

c) From spring level to 6.00 mtr. To 9.00 metre depth

d) From spring level to 9.00 mtr. To 12.00 metre depth

e) From spring level to 12.00 mtr. To 14.00 metre depth

Steel work in single sections including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S.Joists,channels angles,tees within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In beams joints,channals,angles,tees,flats with concrete plates or angle cleets as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like with in all leads and lifts.

Lowering of well crub within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(One cement is to Two sand is to Four graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete :-

Suspended floors,roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In column pillar posts from floor two level upto floor three level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying no fine concrete 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) and curing excluding cost of form work in walls within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 metre and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions walls and the like including attached pillasters,buttreses plinth string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beams,cantilevers, girders, bressumers and lintels,sides & soffits of beams haunching,cantilevers,bressumers not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all heights from floor with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(One cement is to Two sand is to Four graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete

Providing 200 mm wide CI rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in structure with 200 x200x 100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand: 6 graded stone aggre 20mm nominal size) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone Pitching properly hand packed tightly filling interstices with spalls stone earth etc with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing CGI Sheet roofing with galvanised iron J or L hooks bolts,nuts 0.80 mm thick with bitumen and G.I limput fillrd with white lead with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ridgs or hips 60 cm over all in plain with galvanised iron sheet fixed J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia input and bitumen washers completely 0.63 mm thick G.I Sheet with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing woven plain GI wire fencing of mesh 50 to 150 mm to any type of standred rails strainging bolts etc.i/c provision of binding wire complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 milimetre(Fifyeen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 milimetre in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the other foreign,matter.with ready mixed paint other than white surface all dirt,dust and other forgian matters with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying mode rent solution on new G.I Sheet for prepration of surface for painting 5.00 litr 100 sqmt of surface and rubbering the solution with brush i/c throughly brushing cleaning of all dirt,dust and all oil,greas etc.within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
