M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20mm graged stone agg as in base of PVC service tank finish top surface even and smooth using extra cement incl cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15 mm bore chromium plated pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with captan head screwed down high pressure with or with out lettred Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nut screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15 mm bore CP brass angle valve, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for PVC reinforced connections 450x15 mm size with CP check nut and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of unaccessable roof , Chajjas ,parapets and gable walls etc incl removing all growth by removing roots ,fungus etc incl dismatling wall /chajjas or cutting bricks/ PCC and making good disturb area wirh cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) all as directed at site by Engineer in charge.
