BOQ Particulars
Supply and installation of LED Signboard including civil foundation works at NMPT Signal junction as per the drawing & technical specifications.
Supplying of 1.1 KV LT Al. UG Cable XLPE, PVC extruded inner sheath armoured UG LT cable as per IS-1554 (Part-1) or IS-7098 Part-1, Armouring strip thickness in average +% and resistivity 14 Ohms/Kms (Max) as per IS-3975. a. 4 Core 10 Sq.mm
Labour charges for laying of 4 Core 10 Sq.mm, 1.1KV class UG cable in existing trench GI pipe/stoneware pipe/on wall /on pole as required. (In existing Trench/Duct).
Digging of trench of 0.6m deep x 0.5 mtr wide refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc., compete.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia heavy duty cable glands suitable for UG cable of 1.1KV Class (metal only).
Supply and fixing/termination of 4 Core 10 Sq.mm heavy duty aluminum lugs suitable for UG cable of 1.1KV Class to MCB/MCCB / termination end.
Providing and filling sand in excavated trench to cover already laid UG cable to a depth of 150mm all round the cable.
Supply and laying 40mm OD/32MM ID double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe including all necessary connecting sockets, couplings, and bends of same materials in existing trench/foundation as per IS 14930 part-II suitable for drawing underground cables.
Supplying and laying of semicircular (C-Cut) RCC pipes of 150mm dia, 25mm thickness and 1m length.
Supply and Installation/Fixing/Provision of Pole box with 260mmx210mmx116mm HRC Fuse/MCB provision and suitable connector /terminal for 3 Ph/1Ph connections with Loop-In & Loop-Out terminals for 10sqmm/25sqmm 3.5C Al/Ar/Cu/Ar Cable and branch out 2.5 Sq.mm 2 core Al/Cu PVC Insulated cable, enclosed in a Thermoplastic, Polystyrene enclosure, which should be shock proof, safe, IP65(Weather Proof), rust proof, water proof having Internally Embedded Gasket with provision for cable entry through IP65 Thermplastic, polyamide glands and/or grommets.
Supplying and drawing 3C X 2.5 Sq.mm Flexible Multicore Cable manufactured with electrolytic grade flexible copper with low conductor confirming to IS:8130-1984 and (Virgin) PVC insulation sheathed suitable for working voltage up to 1100Volts as per IS-694:1990.
