Desludging of septic tanks and manholes any capacity, size and depth including disposal of waste water and sludge through mechanically/Using honey sucker machine and dividely store in covered container etc complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolly out side the deffence land and taking off the manhole cover and placing in the same position after taking out sludge and covering pit with minimum 30 cm thick layer of earth work etc complete all as directed NOTES :- The unit rate for desludging using Honey sucker Machine including hiring rate from any sources, Its operator, Hose required (at least 50 mtr) and Fuel etc. Per Trip of Truck shall deemed to include full capacity of Tank of the Truck i.e 3.0 to 4.0 Cum and the cost of dewatering shall also be included in the unit rate. Dewatering pit excavated in the unit area by Contractor in any type of soil and covering by eath over it. Contractor concern will liaise with the sources of Honey Sucker Machine and during working any defects raised contractor will be responsible in all respect.Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking of liquid/solid content from sump/septic tank either manually or by pumping clearing thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the defence area, depositing in pit and covering with layers of earth complete all as specified and directed (Note : The desludgging will be carried out by the mechanically by honey sucker machine etc) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Cleaning of blockage of sewage lines, manholes of any dia & any depth in any situation by way of cleaning of manholes sewage as well, as rodding to and fro, flushing with watering in sewage lines between successive manholes and keeping the systen functional connecting from floor traps, water closerts, soil waste and vent pipes, gully traps upto final drop/outlet into septic tanks/central sewage system by removing all blockages of any description in any situations manually or mechanically including cleaning of blockage of vents/solid/waste RWP of any description and any dia at Gulmarg Garrison by employing daily one sweeper with helper along with required T&P complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returining filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each layer of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directe at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware , AC or RCC pipes) 150mm dia and removal of demolished materials from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150 mm dia pipe reinforced concrete pipe class NP3, laid and jointed completed with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 , using 40mm graded stone agg as in bed of drain pipe 150mm dia (nominal ) including packing under and hanuching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tasted complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition concrete (un-reinforced) in ground flooring and paving not exc 15cm (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 40 mm thick,(1:2:4) type B-1 using (20mm graded stone agg) as in floors finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Natural cobble stone in Pavements flooring with stone setts of size 100 mm long 100 mm wide and 100 mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar (1:3) joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar (1:2) with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush.

M&L for lime and sand Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and struck flush.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, 150mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round 3/4 channel) in cement concrete M-15 type B-1 smooth, finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Per- cast reinforced cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4 nominal mix ) type B-I, (Using 20mm grade stone agg) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT MS bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in CM including all quoins arches, pillars complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 as in man holes and repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixing with integral water proofing compound.(WPC to be measured and paid separately)

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished with even and smooth w/o using extra cement mixing with integral water proofing compound.(WPC to be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling of CI or reinforced concrete/PVC/ drain pipe internal dia 100/75mm , jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore single in any type with rubber ring joint laid in wall/trenches /floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bend any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR)gully trap 125/110mm setting and jointing with solvent cement as fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC(SWR) reducers 75/110mm bore

S & F PVC (SWR) 110mm Junction single (single T) equal or unequal.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm bore single in any type with rubber ring joint laid in wall/trenches / floor.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) of approved brand.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs 6700.00/- will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
